Great property

The pool and outdoor ground around the pool were well maintained. Inside of the home was clean and everything was in good working order. Awesome place and a 5 minute drive to the beach!

Tiki on 128th

This property was clean, comfortable, and lovely. Exactly as pictured. My family enjoyed days at nearby beaches and late afternoons at the pool, which was kept at the perfect temperature. The house was nicely decorated and stocked and had everything we needed for a fun trip.

A Wonderful Stay!

We were so pleased with this home, and if given the chance, we'll definitely stay again! It had everything we needed and more. Very clean, well maintained, and accurate pictures. Loved the pool and private yard! An added benefit was the superb communication with the mgmt company & host! Couldn't be happier!

This is exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back here the kids loved the pool and my wife and I enjoyed the tiki bar and hot tub very nice place and hats off to the owner. Thank you for sharing this place.

Family Vacation

We were lucky to find this home as it is just a few blocks from my brothers home in Largo. The home was just as advertised and we had no issues at all during our stay. I have a feeling we will be renting this one again next year if we end up back in Florida for another family vacation.

Family summer vacation 2024

This rental was great! It was clean, spacious and accommodating to all our needs. The kids and adults had a great time swimming in the pool! The location was also great! Overall we all had a wonderful experience.We would definitely rent this house again for a future visit. The rental Management team was great as well!!

Stay was great - had issue with a/c upon arrival and was fixed immediately. Property as described - great outside space - would have loved some additional seating in the living room but otherwise everything was great!

good week

the property was clean and located close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the beach area.we really liked the pool area and screened porch, our ,grandkids really loved the pool and lots of pool toys were available for them. The hot tub didn't work , we reached out to property mgr and they sent someone out the next day but didn't get it working while we were there. we would stay again for sure, would give 4.5 stars overall if that was an option, just hot tub not working only reaal issue.

Key West in Largo, FL

If you’re looking for a great family property that gives you the feeling of being in Key West this is it. The house is excellent and open. The back yard starting with the screened lanai has it all. Beautiful pool, fully working Tiki Bar, and relaxing spa to round out the very private oasis. Tall fences with palms at every inch gives you the feeling on being at an island retreat. Clean and comfortable beds in the interior with 2 Kings. Flat screen TVs in every room. Even the tiki bar! Clean and bright kitchen for making memories and meals. The location is also great. Less than 5 minutes from Publix, 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach and 10 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Getaway

The property was in a great location and allowed us to travel to multiple beaches. We loved that it was only a couple minutes from Publix and Indian Rocks beach. We really enjoyed the use of the outside area. The hot tub was amazing and my kids loved the pool. We had a small issue with there not being beach chairs and an umbrella to use for the beach since we asked if that would be available before we booked, but the property managers had some dropped off which was awesome. One thing we wished the property had was a cooler to use. A couple things to note would be they only provide you with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels and two trash bags. Also we didn’t cook at the house much because there were really no spices (except salt) or other condiments. Not a huge deal but either be prepared to buy all of that extra stuff and either leave it there or throw it out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the area!

Did not live up to expectations

I have never given a vrbo rental a bad review but I just felt like I had to be honest for future renters! The neighborhood and location are a bit rough for a vacation rental. The tiki bar outside was a mess! It was covered in dirt, fridge was broken,& a handle was broke off a cabinet. The outside furniture, pool and hot tub were all dirty. Pool filter was also not working. We spent our first hour there cleaning up the outside. Inside, the house was clean! However, the plug in the bath was broken so baths were not an option until we went and bought a plug at the hardware store. The master bathroom sink drained very slowly. Every time you would brush teeth or wash hands it would fill up quickly. We called soon after we checked in but it was a Saturday and only an emergency line was available. We called Monday and there were no apologies for any of this. They just said a pool service would be out for the weekly service. Someone did come out later on Monday to fix the filter. The sink drain issue was left unresolved even after we said a handyman could come in while we were out. We had to call again and finally someone came out but the sink stayed the same and the issue was never fixed. No explanation was given for this! I called the service again to complain- the owner does not respond-they have a service who handles the issues. I complained and they said I need to show them some “grace.” I was angry and texted a few times and finally got them to agree to give me compensation!
