The itrip representatives were helpful when we could not get the living room TV to work. They actually came to the unit to help! However, they were not able to get the guest room TV to work. Took us over and hour to figure it out. It was working when we left. We never could get the intranet to work. I was not able to work in the until. That was a bit problematic.

The unit was fabulous and the location was perfect. The unit is well stocked with items you may need and it was very clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Sea Breeze.

The view was beautiful the loved the spaciousness. Could definitely use new kitchen utensils such as spatulas the other is melted and there’s only one. The dish rags there were only two and they were not very clean looking. In the master bath, there were only two bath towels to use for the whole week. It was already there have been some maintenance issues that I’ve addressed with I trip regarding what we found when we were there. Like I said, it was spacious accommodation it just needs a little fluffing up.

This is the second time I have stayed at in this particular condo the last 3 years. I absolutely love the layout of the condo. You can watch the sunrise as well as the sunset from seperate balconies on each side. The condo could use a few updates, however it is in great condition. I was surprised to find some beach chairs for our use this year, as they were not in 2022, (Although stated they could be if only left by others). The location on the gulf is perfect. There is so much to do with a half a mile walk both directions. When staying in the area I will continue to try to stay, at least at the Sea Breeze, if not this specific condo.

Check in process was easy. Most everything was clean. Could use new bath towels. They were a little stinky (like body odor) and rough on skin. Location and rest of place was fabulous! We have stayed in that facility in a different condo in the past and chose this unit this year instead. The water shower coming from the beach was broken 50 percent of the time. The gate to the beach was hard to open but it’s better then easy bc you want it secure !

The last time this property was updated was 1989. We will not return to this property. There is still work being done on buildings close by and that noise went from 7 AM to 3 PM. Something is simple as getting on the elevator was a process and very frustrating, the unit itself was underwhelming, from bedding to toiletries to just having a working icemaker.

Sea Breeze will always be our family's top choice in Madeira Beach. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. We visited with a 1 year old and came prepared with some baby proofing essentials and had to put away some breakables, but that's a personal problem and has nothing to do with the unit itself. The place was stocked with essentials and beach things I assume previous renters left behind. The view from the balcony can't be beat and that's why we keep going back!

The view of ocean was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs in apt, down around pool and on the beach to rent. Plenty of room to spread out inside unit. We were 3 women. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. There were plenty of towels and places to store clothes. Our main focus was the beach. Perfect sunsets!!!

Thank you for sharing your property with us. We loved the views and convenience to the beach. The condo though on arrival required a vacuum in the master bedroom and a dusting. The refrigerator also doesn't make ice there were ice trays but with 3 people having drinks we walked over to 7 11 to buy ice. The slider also doesn't lock and could be dangerous with families with young kids.

The place is extremely outdated, broken ice maker, broken shelves in fridge, broken shower caddy and broken towel rack in Master bath. Rusty and broken beach chairs, 4 beach towels and limited bath towels. For the 2 of us that was ok, but it is supposed to be able to sleep 8, so would be completely inadequate. Very limited kitchen ware, 4 teaspoons and limited other cutlery. Cooking ware was also inadequate. For a beach and pool rental, it's alarming that only glass dishes were provided, there was not one plastic cup in the place. The curtains looked as old as 1970. The carpet was old and nasty. NOW the biggest problem, shortly after arriving we noticed a broken tile hanging down in the master bath. we took pictures and forwarded to the host. While in the shower, this ceiling came crashing down. Fortunately I was in the shower, if I had been near the toilet, it would have crashed on my head! We also have pictures of this. Finally a maintenance worker arrived the next day. He was lovely and apologized over and over, we assured him it was not his fault. When he arrived another tile fell. He did a good job fixing the ceiling and brought 2 new beach chairs. We travel several times a year and this was the highest cost and worst accommodations, we have ever experienced. We have stayed here before in a different unit, no problems. After all of this, they offered a free excursion, which we did not want. The view is beautiful, but that's the only positive.

My four sisters and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. The neds are comfortable, kitchen has all the necessary items, and both balconies are wonderful. I cant say enough about the view. Absolutely gorgeous. We highly recommend staying here. Our family will definitely come back. :)

Excellent Adult Family Vacay

A few minutes walk to John's Pass, sidewalks for walking, beach stretching for miles. The condo was spacious, clean, and plenty of seating for us to sit together or spread out. Could not be happier with our stay! No complaints.
