The house was very clean, and had an elevated, classy, beach vibe. Amenities were great. The direct access to the beach was awesome. The only drawback was the construction noise, but even with that, we would stay here again.

What we loved: the inside is decorated beautifully and updated, the beach was not even a minute walk away and it’s not too busy compared to Clearwater Beach, the condo is centrally located to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores, the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen are nicely decorated. Complaints/suggestions: 1. it was HOT in the condo (it was also July in Florida ). Yes, when you arrive it’s set to 78 and takes a while to get down to the mid-70s. We arrived a little before check-in time and by 10 pm it was still 78 in there. In the morning it got down to 73 but by midday, it was 76. If you’re not a hot natured person, this is probably comfortable to you. But, I’m a 46 year old perimenopausal woman who constantly has hot flashes and night sweats. It didn’t help that some of the ceiling fans didn’t spin very fast. 2. The condo wasn’t the cleanest. The dishes we used had soap scum (globs of it) and dried food on them. Our towels/hand towels were still damp when we arrived. The inside rubber seal on the washing machine appears to be covered in mold and had that smell to it. 3. While there is plenty of bath towels and beach towels, there was a shortage of wash cloths and kitchen towels. 4. We were a party of 7 and couches only fit 5 people plus there is no dining table but the island has barstools for 6 people. Regardless of the complaints we still liked the place and enjoyed our stay.

Chateaux Indian Shores

Perfect place for our group of 8, lovely area and the condo was beautiful. Easy access to the beach and pool. Pictures were exactly how it looked with additional tech touches that were great! Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and ready for guests! 10 out of 10 recommend this beach area and this condo!

Ruby’s week at the beach!

Came down to Indian shores to relax and spend time with family! The view was really nice looked out at the pool area and the ocean! Our unit was very nice and comfortable plenty of room for us! The food in the area was really outstanding lots of great places to eat! The short walk to the beach was very nice then it was just steps back to the pool! Our little Ruby loved the ocean and pool! Papa could not have asked for a better week! Greg

We planned a girls weekend for recharging and this VRBO was heaven!We had everything we needed for a few nights stay. Beds were amazing and the unit was quiet.The balcony overlooks the pool and we could see the sunsets from it.i would stay there again 100%

Girls trip to the beach!

We had a wonderful time and it was comfortable for our group of 7. The condo is decorated so nice. We had no issues at all. Check in process was easy and any communication before and during our stay was answeredd promptly. I highly recommend a stay here.

Beach fun

The condo was perfect for our group of 7 people. It was very clean with good amenities, loved the beach view & short walk to get on the beach, the pool was clean and inviting for those who didn't want to be at the beach, and the condo was an easy drive to many restaurants/bars/stores. Amazing Condo! Minutes from the beach

We had 5 adults and 5 children in our group. The condo was absolutely perfect for us! The beds are so comfortable, slept so good! The balcony was over looking the pool and the ocean. The host communicated great. There are restaurants and mini golf close by. If you like Mexican, you must try VIP. Excellent. Highly recommend this condo. Great location!

Birthday weekend

It was the perfect spot for my husband's 60th surprise birthday weekend with friends. The condo is beautiful with everything we needed. We took an uber to a concert at Coachman park. The men went deep see fishing near by. Amazing vacation. Highly recommend.

Perfect place for beach lovers

Every year, 10 friends from high school get together for a long weekend at the beach. This was the best place we’ve ever stayed. It’s been beautifully renovated and updated to accommodate a large group like ours, with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Access to the beach couldn’t be better, just steps away from the apartment. The sunsets were spectacular, even from the balcony. The owner was on-the-spot when we needed help with our TV. We loved our stay, and we hope to be back next year!
