We had an amazing time! Couple issues with the pool heater, but was handled within minutes! The views were stunning and we all loved having the beach right out the back door. We never wanted to leave! Also the wildlife had everyone entertained.

Fantastic stay. 5 couples (65). Beach access was fabulous. Sunsets from the deck were super. Well stocked. Loved the fire pit. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Manager communication was attentive. Pool heat was great. Would rent again. Potential slight drawbacks include not turning the thermostat below 70 (a little warm at night for some). Had issues with the hot tub (but we really didn't use it). Tripped a breaker but management was there within 15 minutes to fix. 3 flights of steps from bottom to top.

We stayed at this villa for a weekend to celebrate my husband’s 45th birthday with our family. The location is absolutely stunning — right on the beach, with beautiful views. The house itself was clean and spacious, which we appreciated.However, there were a few major issues during our stay. Communication with the hosts was very poor — on the first day nobody picked up the phone, and we didn’t know the Wi-Fi password. Because of that, my husband missed an important conference.There were also no basic instructions provided in the house. Usually there’s a welcome guide with essential information on how to operate things, but here there was nothing. Combined with the poor communication, it was extremely difficult to get help or find out how things worked.Many things in the house were also broken. For example, it was quite cool outside and the pool heater didn’t work, the jacuzzi wasn’t working either, and we only managed to reach someone on the day of our departure. In addition, there is a serious electrical issue — one of our family members got an electric shock when turning on the bathroom light.This villa has a lot of potential thanks to its location and size, but the communication, maintenance, safety and guest information definitely need improvement.

The view was absolutely breathtaking!! We loved being directly on the beach, which was very quiet and not crowded at all. The size of the house allowed everyone to have their space. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. We enjoyed use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for kids. Those were the positives. The negatives were the house was infested with sugar ants and black ants. There were ants in every room of the house, crawling on the couch, rugs, floors, and counter tops. This clearly was not a new problem.(Doors were kept closed with AC on the entire stay.) We had a baby, toddler and dog in the house, so spraying was not an option. The cleanliness of the house was poor. The couch was sticky with spilled drinks. There was a terrible musty odor coming from under the kitchen sink. The washing machine on the 2nd floor had mold on the inside, so we had to use the garage washer and dryer. The sink in the upstairs "parrot" bedroom did not drain well and moldy shower floor. All the outlets beside bathroom vanities on the 3rd floor did not work. When it rained the ceiling in the living room in front of sliding glass doors leaked a lot. You could see that the paint was peeling from the area of the leak. The house felt over used and not maintained properly. Considering what we paid for this house, expectations were not met. This home has potential to be a beautiful getaway. It was very disappointing to us that the beach house was not what was represented on the site.

I’m still on cloud nine after our trip. The view was absolutely stunning. It’s total paradise. It’s so hard to find a large house with a pool this close to the beach. And the beach is practically private. Not many people at all. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts were great communicators and checked in on us.

Beautiful location, the home is certainly showing its workhorse status and needs a little attention to detail and profits put back in it. Probably a little more pricy then it’s worth unless your strictly looking for a bunch of beds on the beach. Communication was excellent and it was a nice stay. I wouldn’t not spend that much again on this particular property though

Beautiful home in a great location

We had a great time at this property! It met all of our needs, including plenty of beds & a beautiful pool. The beach views were amazing, especially at sunset. Loved the various floats and pool toys available for use in the pool. Property owner was incredibly responsive and helpful as we had questions and/or things to address. We stayed during a storm so the house had some repairs needed which were resolved within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with a beautiful view

The house itself was well furnished, plenty of beds, pillows, towels, you name it, it’s there. From toys, to kitchen gadgets, seasoning, laundry detergent, and the list goes on. It felt as if we were at our own house. The pools are bigger than what the pictures show. The hot tub was amazing! There is an outside space, right by the pool with two benches, a cooler, fridge, ice maker, cabinets, basically a second kitchen minus the oven and the microwave. There is a shower before you enter the pool, coming from the beach. There are umbrellas by the pool, and on the second floor deck area. Comfy couches. The house needs some updates, but it’s well maintained. It is perfect for big families! They have beach chairs, beach toys, surf boards, kayaks, anything you can think of that you might need, they have it. The host was quick to respond to our questions and needs. They were very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house! Will be back!

Check in was easy and our hostess and the caretaker were so friendly and accommodating! We even had treats in the fridge! Two family balconies, great pool with lots of toys, so close to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas, beautiful sunsets, and not only dolphins but we saw a manatee swim right by us!!! Great location!!!
