  • ¿Por qué la playa de Madeira? Es el secreto mejor guardado en la costa del Golfo, por eso. No demasiado grande y abarrotado, como mucho ahora.

    ¡Conveniencia! Con acceso al aeropuerto desde Tampa o San Petersburgo, estás a solo media hora de tu casa en la playa. No hay problemas de tráfico (como en Clearwater) para llegar aquí o para moverse por aquí. Los autos de alquiler no son necesarios. Los traslados al aeropuerto están disponibles, al igual que Uber y Lyft.

    Al otro lado de la calle hay un supermercado, una farmacia, una tienda Dollar, una oficina de correos y muchos bares y restaurantes.

    ¿Por qué aquí? Lujo. Te alojarás en nuestro recientemente renovado, - hasta los colchones-- lujoso condominio ubicado dentro de Ocean Sands, - la ubicación principal frente a la playa de Madeira Beach.

    La piscina climatizada y el jacuzzi. Ver por ti mismo. ¡Simplemente no hay una piscina / bañera de hidromasaje más lujosa en ningún lugar de Madeira Beach!

    Estás en el séptimo piso. El mejor nivel para ver la playa, el océano y las vías fluviales intercosteras. Desde su amplio balcón, o mirando desde su sala de estar o dormitorio principal, tendrá una vista perfecta de la playa, el océano, los delfines y las puestas de sol. Verás el amanecer sobre los canales intercosteros desde la cocina y el segundo dormitorio.

    Alojamiento completo hasta los sacacorchos de vino. Simplemente no encontrará un condominio más fino que este. 2 baños completos. WiFi, piscina climatizada, televisores LED de pantalla grande, jacuzzi, parrilla, cabaña para fiestas Tiki, lavadora / secadora. Accesible para discapacitados. Estacionamiento cubierto en rampa con su propio espacio de estacionamiento privado.

Great location, plenty of beach space. They had all the beach umbrellas and chairs you would need. They had multiple fans and the bed was super comfy.

The owner Dennis messaged us multiple times to make sure our stay was great. They have thought of everything you could possibly need with this condo and it’s extremely nice. The view is also wonderful!. I hope we are allowed to stay here in the future as it was a perfect vacation. Thank you!!

Get away

Owner was great. Very responsive in answering questions prior to booking, before arrival and during stay. Condo had everything I needed to stay comfortably. Beautiful sunsets. Will stay here again.

We loved it so much we stayed a second time!

This is our second stay at the condo, and it is one of our favorite get-aways. It's perfect location-beach and pool at your fingertips. Plus, close enough to walk to the grocery store and restaurants. The condo has everything you need for a lovely time-just relax and enjoy those sunsets!

Excellent condominium, everything we needed was there,. Kitchen was great, chairs and umbrellas for visits to beach, great pool and hot tub. Walking distance to everything.

Endless Sunsets

This condo was super clean and well supplied. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our lanai and along the beach. The building is secure and well maintained. Just a lovely getaway to relax.

Madeira beach

A nice clean and spacious properly on the beach and a nice pool The bedrooms were a great size. Would have liked to have been a bit nearer to St. John’s pass for it to be within walking but this did not detract from the property - which we enjoyed. We’d recommend it.

Fabulous condo

The reviews for this property are very positive for a reason. The condo is lovely, and every detail has been thought about. The decor is beachy, but not over the top. All of the amenities nearby are great. The sunsets in evening and morning coffee on the balcony are fabulous.

A Perfect Stay

This property always gets great reviews, but we were able to see personally how great it is. Having stayed in several different units, they have all been good, but this is by far the best. The owners have the property very well stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, etc… Also they have thought of all potential scenarios to make the stay enjoyable for the guests.

Beautiful Condo

This was a beautiful unit at Ocean Sands. The owner was great to work with and flexible, allowing us to have a later checkout at the last minute. The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We have stayed at Ocean Sands many times and would definitely recommend this unit. Thank you Dennis!

Beautiful View

Ocean Sands condo was top notch. From the gorgeous beach/ ocean views to the fabulous large pool. The condo was clean, well decorated and contained all the dishes you would ever need. Table inside and out to enjoy your meals. Beds were very comfortable. The condo was fairly large, never felt crowded with 2 couples and the larger deck was perfect. With close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants etc. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The reviews were all spot on. Unit was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and had a very warm inviting feeling. I appreciated finding coffee filters, coffee, spices, etc. when we arrived. Underground parking was great. Building is kept very well. This unit will not disappoint.

A Dreamy Beach Stay

We were thoroughly impressed with this rental. It was well-stocked with little luxuries, and it had adequate space for our family of four. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and beach access was easy and so close to the building. The covered parking is a plus in the August heat! We found Madeira Beach to be a hidden gem. We are used to extremely busy Destin, so a slower paced beach area was awesome. The owner was fantastic. He kept in touch and helped us navigate the new area without issue. Can't wait for our next trip!

We stayed two weeks at this amazing condo. It was wonderful from the view from your balcony, to all the amenities. The owner was great at staying in contact with to check and make sure I was all set for check in. Any questions I had he was prompt with getting back to me. They pretty much have everything you need in their condo. It is organized and clean, I love how everything is labeled. The beds are so comfortable and plenty of room for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked. Everything you need is available from beach stuff, games and extra beach towels, extra bath towels etc. I will definitely be coming back and will be rebooking this condo. Thank you so much Dennis!
