A beautiful property that looks exactly as described. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful backyard area, the kids loved the park, and the neighborhood is lovely. We also took advantage of the beach every day: 2 blocks away and gorgeous! Thank you Tom - we will be back!

Took a mom’s trip with 8 of my girlfriends. We had the best time! House was perfect for us. Very clean. Pool was nice and warm and clean. A lot of outdoor seating. Golf cart was perfect for going to dinner and running quick errands. Tom was a fabulous host!

Our first time to Tampa and this place made us want to stay! Family of seven and it was perfect! Beach 3 minute walk or 30 seconds cart drive. Kayaking was fantastic. Clearwater beach 18 minutes away. Town was great and local stores too! Home was very comfortable. Pool was clean and used every day and night. Tom was great accommodating even the smallest request. We will return!! Thanks Tom!

Best stay on IRB

This is the second time we have rented this house. It never disappoints. Everyone is comfortable and has their own space. We felt very at home. Very close to everything and the gold cart was the hit for all. We love this house and got quick responses from host. We will be back a third time I am sure! Very enjoyable!!

Great communication

The owner is very organized. The house is set up well for larger groups. The kayaks and pickle ball are fun and nearby. The golf cart is great too if your group is sharing one car.

Best Florida vacation ever.

Our stay was awesome. Tom Hagan, property owner was very responsive to our need and easy to communicate with. The salt water pool was the best. The golf cart made the beach minutes away. So cool. Thank you Tom very much.

Loved our stay here!

A family spring break was made even better because of the backyard of this house. The heated pool with its shade and sun was tons of fun. We ate most meals in the backyard at the roomy table with umbrella. The blackstone grill came in handy for cooking. This home was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family. We would choose this house again!

Beautiful house & excellent communication

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The golf cart was really fun to use. The host went above and beyond. There is still some damage in the surrounding areas from the hurricane, but most of the businesses are open. The nature preserve and kayak launch across the street were still closed as of 1/20/25 due to damage. Overall, great experience!

One word: perfection

We'd give 10 stars if we could! This house is THE house you want to stay in on IRB. We could not have asked for nicer accommodations. Tom was extremely attentive both before and during our stay and was easy to communicate with. We had plenty of room for our 9 guests that stayed for the week. The house was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with everything we could need to enjoy our time there. We were only a block and a half from the beach, but it was difficult to tear ourselves away from the perfect set up in the backyard as the pool was a dream. Both the kids AND the adults were so sad this morning not to be able to dive in first thing in the morning (we came home yesterday :(. The golf cart was a very fun option when running to get coffees in the morning, heading out to play some pickleball or visiting the local surf shop. This house is central to a variety of delicious restaurants in the area (all within 5 minutes of the house!), the beach, the nature preserve across the street, locals shops and more. IRB is a great option when looking for a slower Florida feel (we usually vacation in Sanibel Island, but wanted to change things up a bit this year). It is a small, friendly, easy to navigate area and we cannot recommend this house more. You'll enjoy every second of your time here!

Amazing!

Our stay at Oasis Paradise was flawless. The house and property were clean and well stocked with beach accessories! The pool was wonderful and the golf cart was perfect for short errands and hauling chairs/umbrellas to the beach. Tom was incredibly helpful and we are hoping to come back to stay again in the future!!

Beach Family Babymoon

Phenomenal property that suited our family babymoon perfectly. Property and amenities were exactly as described and shown in the photos. Owners provided a comprehensive digital welcome manual and app which made it very easy to check in/out. All beds were very comfortable. Living space in the house allowed us all to relax and enjoy our time. The pool was kept at a nice temperature which allowed us to enjoyed it day and evening. Absolutely beautiful home which is close to the beach and easily accessible by walking or using the 6-person golf cart.

Our stay in Indian Rocks

I was travelling with my 2 children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 9 months to 6. The house and the surrounding area were perfect for us. The accommodation is great for multiple families with lots of space for separation. The pool area was wonderful and feels very private. Beautiful beach just a short walk away with golf cart and all beach equipment toys also available. So many things for kids to do in the area but they were more than content with the beach and pool and travelling via golf cart for their daily ice cream at Kooky Coconuts. It was clean and the host was very responsive. Our only complaint is that we hadn’t booked for longer. We would definitely recommend!

Awesome place!

This place is amazing and a perfect place for a group of friends to chill while in IRB. We loved everything about it, especially the pool area. The Blackstone grill and the basketball hoop were added bonuses, as well as being able to use the golf cart for short trips. The owners were super helpful and were always available for questions. We will definitely be back!

February stay

Overall we really enjoyed this property. The back yard is the crowning jewel and we realized having two family rooms is quite useful with a group. It is near a park with a playground and some outdoor exercise equipment. The kayak launch is over there. There is also a boardwalk that runs through the adjacent wildlife sanctuary which was nice for morning jogs. Dogs are not supposed to be on there (although we saw some) it leads to the dog park which we used often (closed on Thursdays). There were some items that needed addressed when we arrived and the owner was quick and courteous to take care of them. Overall a wonderful stay.

Christmas vacation

Tom, thanks so much for sharing your vacation home with with our family. The home was perfect in every way. They kids truly enjoyed the heated pool, kayaks. Some of the things that are always in question when you book a home, are the beds comfortable. All the family members where saying the beds where perfect. The home was stocked with everything you need to make for a perfect stay. The beach was in walking distance. Thanks again for making our Family Christmas vacation Perfect. Definitely will be returning again
