My parents came in town for a visit while I was home from deployment for a couple weeks. I live in Madeira Beach but my home was destroyed in Hurricane Helene and I wanted a nice place for us to relax during my visit home. This place was perfect. The condo was very clean, had ample seating that was comfortable, and lots of cooking ware. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. I like when there are white linens so I know they can be cleaned properly. The balcony was great to watch the gulf, although it rained a lot, but that did not stop us from enjoying the view. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. We didn't use the pool since we spent any sun time on the beach.Only thing I would note is that neither bathroom has a fan, so you have to open the door and cool off after your shower. But I sweat easily. There are shipping carts for you to get all your groceries and stuff up the elevator with ease. Very great stay! If I have guest again and still no home, I will definitely book this unit.

Very nice. Looks just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, plates, cups etc. view of ocean is awesome. Almost every morning we could see dolphins swimming. Would definitely book it again!!!

Beautiful place! Beds were very comfortable, loved the proximity of the beach. Great location as it's close to shopping and grocery stores as well. The only downside was the elevator which was pretty slow and only having one seemed inconvenient for the size of the building. Would definitely return!

We loved our stay at Seabreeze and will continue staying here. The condo is crisp, clean, open, and a modern beach decor. The master bedroom has a perfect bed that is firm after a day in the sun. The living room is one that your family can relax and chill in after a long day on the beach also.

Newly updated and clean in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s newly updated, clean and has a lot to offer guests. The location can’t be beat. We would stay here again and recommend to others. Pros: Unit was ready several minutes before the scheduled check-in time which was unexpectedClean, updated, newer appliances and furnitureBeach supplies- towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, beach mats Cleaning supplies- laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, sponge, garbage bags, paper towelsAppliances & kitchenware- coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, utensils, toaster were provided Entertainment- Spectrum cable TV provided with other apps available for personal logins (Netflix, YouTube TV). A handful of books, 1 children’s puzzle and one adult puzzle providedLocation- Direct beach access, short walk from John’s Pass (approx. 1/2 mile)Plenty of parking on-site Carts available to move luggageGarbage chute Cons:Guest bathroom- no ventilation or window so everything gets wet after showeringGuest bathroom- the shower door frame is extremely low. If you’re over 6 feet tall you will hit your head. Water sprays out of the shower stall onto the floor. Guest bathroom- high water pressure from shower can be painfulBuilding maintenance- single elevator for the building is slow and often doesn’t work (broke 3x during our stay). Be cautious if you have guests with mobility issues and/or infants and toddlers. Paver walkway to pool/beach was uneven and missing pieces

Spring Break Stay

My family and I were very pleased with our stay and the service received from the property manager. The rental itself was very clean, tastefully and recently updated, and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Wonderful condo!

We absolutely loved this condo and the views!! The only change we would recommend is new shower heads, they were extremely powerful and blew water all over the bathrooms and it literally hurt to shower! Other than that, this condo is amazing and we loved it!

Beautiful Weather and Views

The condo was well-equipped, and as someone who has been in thousands of units as a beachfront real estate photographer, this one definitely looks as good in person as it does in the photos. I will not stay at any resorts that have carpet or fabric furniture, as that is just gross. The kinds of cleanings these places get would never remove the sand and body oils from such materials. The good news is that this place is all tile and bonded leather furniture with plenty of seating. The resort is not overwhelmed with amenities, but what it does have suffices. The only setback in the unit was that there are no washer and dryers, which you would find in 95% of any beachfront rentals. I realize that the building has a coin laundry, but no one carries coins anymore, and I knew we were not going to spend time doing laundry in a public facility. Aside from that misleading notation in the listing, we were also only allowed one parking space for a unit advertised to sleep eight people. The listing is very vague about that, but you will find that out later when they call you on the phone a week after your booking to let you know it's not allowed. I just recommend taking your one parking pass to the local UPS store and getting it copied for your additional parking space. Even during peek season there was 80% parking availability.

Beautiful condo

Condo was beautiful and very clean! View was fantastic and the balconies were safe for my toddler (who tested them out and gave her mama a heart attack). Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our toddler to run around!

This 6th floor condo was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Livingroom is gulf facing, two bedrooms street facing. Highly recommend!

Sunny, spacious unit

We’ve stayed in several different units within this building. This one was the nicest. Being a corner unit, it has a southern exposure, allowing beautiful light into the unit and it has a wonderful view of the Gulf. Check in was as easy as using the door code - no stopping at an office for a key. A very clean and comfortable place to stay with all amenities you’ll need. We had no problems and therefore never needed to contact anyone. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great stay

We enjoyed our time at Madeira Beach very much. The amenities were basic. Would have loved more than one dish towel, perhaps an electric griddle would have been nice. I do actually cook. A kettle for hot water. But all being said we had a very nice time.
