Tammy is always very responsive. Great condo layout, new washer & dryer and close to everything we love to do. Sunrise and dolphins in the morning. Sunsets and local hangouts at night. Complex grounds are kept in beautiful shape.

The host was good, but the condo really needed a deep clean. Some of the pots and pans had food on them, the rugs were sandy/salty and the guest room closet was unusable because it was full of sandy beach chairs and toys. The resort is nice and close to the beach. It was enjoyable to sit by the pool and the fishing dock on the Intercoastal was a bonus.

Unit was just across the street from the beach. It was clean and had everything needed to make for a comfortable stay, even beach chairs and a beach cart. The condo was perfect for my family of 4. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the unit! Thanks for a wonderful stay! Also this unit included so much more than usual vrbo properties!

The condo was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable. I cannot say enough about the condo and location. Tammy was a wonderful host, responded quickly. The condo was beyond our expectations. I read the reviews before I chose this location and they sold me and was as described. We loved the location with the inter-coastal on one side and ocean on the other. There are several entrances to get to the ocean, very close and convenient. The condo has a beautiful pool, shuffleboard, plenty of parking, fabulous dock to sit and relax. We saw dolphins in the ocean and the inter-coastal. Pelicans. So much to do in the area. I loved the bird sanctuary. Mahoffers was interesting, dinner at Salt Rock Grill was fabulous. This is a must stay. You will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Shores. It was our second year coming to this area. Last year we stayed at the other property that Tammy has in the same complex. I would recommend either of the condos. They have everything you need for your stay at the beach. We had to contact Tammy once when checking in but she was very responsive and helped us solve our issue.

Tammy was great with communication and responding to any concerns during our stay. The condo was beautiful, newly renovated and very clean. The host had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed during our stay at the beach! The only ONE recommendation we would have is that the Master Mattress is very worn and could use replacing. Thank you so very much to the owners of this Gorgeous VRBO, we would 10/10 recommend and certainly stay here again.

Great spots for couples/adults

Stayed with friends for a golf vacation. Great location and easy walk across the street to the beach. Older crowd at the condos, nice and quiet!

Great condo!

This condo had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and selection of pantry items, linens and beds were comfy. A nice selection of beach stuff for the short walk across the street to the beach where we spent most days. This area is great for walking along the streets or on the beach, we love IRB and look forward to our stays here. Owner was very responsive with anything we needed, highly recommend.

Amazing beach stay!

I don’t even want to write a review of how wonderful this condo is— it’s in the perfect location, clean and has all the beach amenities you would want/need. We have stayed twice here and each time was just as wonderful as we remembered. We will be back to stay again and again!

Indian Shores

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo at Indian Shores. The property was clean and pretty with a nice pool. The condo was renovated and beautiful with a large kitchen island and nice size balcony. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The leather recliner was so comfy! There was all we needed for a day at the beach, including chairs, cooler, toys and a wagon. We loved our stay and look forward to visiting again!

Excellent Condo

This condo met all of our needs from the min we walked in! It has the best location and just a hop skip and a jump to the beach. This condo is fully equipped with all of your needs from the kitchen/appliances to everything you need for the beach. I realize you could list all the things, but I wouldn’t have brought as much if I knew what was there. We drove from MI so I came prepared. When you think you need it, I bet they have it!! It’s a beautiful place!!

Clean, well stocked, close walk to beach Condo

My husband and our teenager daughter with another couple stayed in this condo for spring break. The pullout couch was surprisingly very comfortable for our daughter! Kitchen was well stocked for making meals. There was also a great sand cart, chairs and toys for the beach, which was a quick walk to. Property owner was quick to answer questions. Recommendations: Posting condo association rules and more washcloths (there were 3, so we purchased some).
