Great beach house

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. The owners were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. We had a minor issue with the dishwasher, and they had it fixed right away with no hassle. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend!

This is our 5th year staying here and it’s always an amazing time. Has all the beach amenities you need. Close to everything. Super clean and right on the beach! Only thing is the bunk beds seemed a little wobbly this year around but no complaints otherwise!

Perfect Stay

The condo was the perfect place for our stay. Our boys loved being able to access the beach just a few steps away and enjoyed sleeping in the bunk beds. The condo itself was exactly what we were looking for, it had enough room to relax as well and sleep, with the bonus of having a closet filled with beach toys and chairs which came in handy. We have already discussed coming back again next year!

Spacious and comfortable getaway

Our family of 4 loved this townhouse. Very clean and comfortable, the upstairs/downstairs layout gave everyone space to spread out and enjoy. The living and dining area were also perfect for hosting our many family members for a New Years dinner. Many great beach toys and chairs, easy access to the beach, and peaceful views of the water from the windows and balconies. We loved our stay and would definitely love to come back.

Amazing Place

This place was amazing. Really appreciated the small touches like games and ziplock bags! Things i always need just 1 of and have to buy a whole box. Very clean and comfortable. Amazing location. Cant say enough good things to do this propery justice.

Great Stay, Great Place

Just as advertised, this place was clean and well stocked with essentials. The beach closet was brimming with chairs, bikes, and a variety of fun beach stuff. The location is perfect. A few steps from the white sandy beach, short walk to Caddy’s Restaurant, and easy drive to several great eateries. Don’t miss the Frog Pond breakfast. Our hosts were attentive and our family’s stay—unforgettable.

Excellent Condo!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo. Mike and Connie do a fabulous job with their place. It's very clean, has everything you need. You can walk to the beach and watch the incredible sunsets every evening. Excellent dining minutes from the condo. We will be there again next year! Thanks!

Perfect family beach vacation

This was the perfect place for us to enjoy a quiet family beach vacation. The location couldn't have been better. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Stay at Indian Rocks Beach house

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owners were instantly responsive with any questions I had. Pictures are exactly like the location. My son loved the hook game on the deck and passed hours enjoying it . Beds were very comfortable. One suggestion that we noticed is the unit could use a couple new frying plans as they are well worn and a kettle for morning tea 🙂 I would 100% go back again. The location was walking distance to a couple great restaurants (Caddy’s and Dog n Parrot). The beach is not over crowded.

Location and Amenities!

Property is just steps away from a quiet section of the beach. While water views are limited from the balconies, the sunset can still be seen from the bedroom balcony. North window views are not blocked by another building, allowing for lots of daylight and views of blue skies and trees. Mike and Connie were very thoughtful in stocking the condo - plenty of dishes and kitchen tools, flashlights, towels, aloe vera, sheets, umbrellas, beach chairs/toys, any type of pillow you could ever want and so much more. Cabinets and closets were organized with ample space for the stuff we brought for our long-term stay. The condo was very clean and stocked with cleaning supplies for us to use. They responded quickly when we had a question. We booked for 2024 while we were there in February.

Wedding weekend fun

Our trip to the area for a wedding in Saint Pete was enhanced by our stay at this perfect condo on Indian Shores beach! Michael and Connie have thought of every amenity to make our stay so enjoyable. The decor is lovely and so filled with beach themes that make you feel as if you’re in a tropical island. Walking right down our stairs to the beautiful gulf front was incredible. We will definitely be back again if we come this way. Thanks for a great day Mike and Connie.

Everything about this beach house is absolute perfection! We had a wonderful time and were so sad to leave. The owners have truly thought of everything to leave guests and even purchased the most amazing and comfortable mattresses ! We are already thinking about when we can book it again!
