Relaxing Getaway

We had an awesome time at this little get away. The location was excellent in that it was close to the airport, beach, and many places to eat. We felt safe and the place was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the grill near the pool. One of our favorite parts was the balcony overlooking the huge pool- mealtime out there was relaxing!The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches, with tons of great restaurants!

Good size clean well decorated condo with large comfy bed, walk in shower was excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped everything catered for.Keypad entry so fiddling around for keys and plenty of parking spaces.Would recommend Abe’s place restaurant within walking distance, Clearwater beach is a short drive away.Excellent contact with host this condo comes highly recommended would definitely rent again if in the Clearwater area.

The property was beautiful. Condo very well appointed. Bathroom was large and has a walk in shower. Comfortable and it felt like home. Best place we have stayed in Clearwater. And a bonus that the pool is heated!

We had a great stay here! Everything was very nice and new, it had great amenities, a great location in Clearwater, and the pool was just below us. From the moment we stepped into our condo at the Avalon, we were so impressed with the decor. It was convenient to everything from restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The host was great to work with. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back.

perfect getaway in Clearwater

As a family we really enjoyed our first vacation in Florida. The apartment is very clean, modern and super well equipped. The hosts were very engaging and friendly. The neighborhood was very personable and open to us guests. We enjoyed the stay very much and would really like to come again. Thank you to the hosts for providing the apartment. Best place we've stayed

Apartment was tastefully decorated, appliances were high-end, and was well supplied with everything one needs. The rain shower was wonderful (the only suggestion would be a safety bar and a soap dish). Nick was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Nick's place! It was plenty spacious for our family of four. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It had a great view of the pool and all of the beach gear we could have possibly needed, and more! Nick was very responsive and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We were very pleased at the condition of the condo. Fully equipped with anything you could need. The unit was very clean and well kept. Fantastic!

The host was great and always responded quickly. The recommendations the host provided (specifically Cristina’s Pizza) was also helpful for us. The condo location was wonderful - it felt like a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go, all while not feeling too busy or crowded. The condo itself was super clean and beautifully decorated. They also have everything (and more) that we needed for the week, so we were able to pack a bit lighter. Highly recommend this place!

Cute and cozy with all the necessities!

We had a week stay and had a wonderful time, it was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our beach days. The property itself was nice and clean, the heated pool was amazing and hands down the highlight of our trip for my 5 and 8 year old! The only downside we found was getting from there and back from the beach in traffic was insane. What should've taken us 20 minutes took an hour in heavier traffic. 4 miles to the beach does not mean quick drive to the beach in FL traffic. All in all we so enjoyed our stay and would come again!
