We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is updated, comfortable, clean and very homey. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. The location was a plus - only ten minutes to Clearwater Beach. The kitchen was stocked and had everything you needed. All in all we had a good stay and looking forward to coming back sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the grill near the pool. One of our favorite parts was the balcony overlooking the huge pool- mealtime out there was relaxing!The location couldn’t have been better — just a short drive to both Clearwater and St. Pete beaches, with tons of great restaurants!

Excellent condo

Good size clean well decorated condo with large comfy bed, walk in shower was excellent, the kitchen is fully equipped everything catered for.Keypad entry so fiddling around for keys and plenty of parking spaces.Would recommend Abe’s place restaurant within walking distance, Clearwater beach is a short drive away.Excellent contact with host this condo comes highly recommended would definitely rent again if in the Clearwater area.

Relaxing

The property was beautiful. Condo very well appointed. Bathroom was large and has a walk in shower. Comfortable and it felt like home. Best place we have stayed in Clearwater. And a bonus that the pool is heated!

Cute and cozy with all the necessities!

We had a week stay and had a wonderful time, it was clean and stocked with all the essentials we needed for our beach days. The property itself was nice and clean, the heated pool was amazing and hands down the highlight of our trip for my 5 and 8 year old! The only downside we found was getting from there and back from the beach in traffic was insane. What should've taken us 20 minutes took an hour in heavier traffic. 4 miles to the beach does not mean quick drive to the beach in FL traffic. All in all we so enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Amazing Classy Condo

Awesome apartment! First class! All the extra like spices, detergent, beach items, towels. The bed is super comfy. Classy decor throughout! Did I mention all the kitchen extras-very well stocked. Huge TVs. 3rd floor-no elevator but easy to climb. View of pool nice. Walk right out to the heated pool! Alot of chairs around the pool. People so friendly. Close drive to Clearwater beach. Walmart/aldi 6 minutes away! Host was super attentive. Worth every cent! Would def come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Nick's place! It was plenty spacious for our family of four. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It had a great view of the pool and all of the beach gear we could have possibly needed, and more! Nick was very responsive and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely come back in the future!

Fabulous Vacay Condo!!

Our daughter moved to Florida 3 years ago. We take a trip out every year to spend time with her. Every year we have tried a different place to stay in. The search is over, this condo is the perfect fit!! It came with everything you could possibly need and easily forget to pack or just don’t have the room when flying. We received a very detailed info pack that had detailed map, how to info on getting in, all the amenities that are included and even recommended restaurants and fun things to do. The pool was the perfect temp and I’m one of those people who is always cold in every pool! Lol!! Loved the balcony setup, I had breakfast out there every morning, perfect way to start the day. My most favorite part, and we didn’t even plan it this way, my daughter’s new apartment is within minutes of this condo!! We will most definitely be back every year from here on out! Thank you for a most fabulous vacation, we couldn’t have done it without your beautiful condo!

Great experience

We were very pleased at the condition of the condo. Fully equipped with anything you could need. The unit was very clean and well kept. Fantastic!

The host was great and always responded quickly. The recommendations the host provided (specifically Cristina’s Pizza) was also helpful for us. The condo location was wonderful - it felt like a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go, all while not feeling too busy or crowded. The condo itself was super clean and beautifully decorated. They also have everything (and more) that we needed for the week, so we were able to pack a bit lighter. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful stay in Clearwater, FL

We love this property. It is Close to Restaurants and the Beach. You have several beaches to go to that are close to this Condo complex. The unit was very Clean and felt like Home. It had plenty of utensils for cooking and a very nice Pool to Relax in every day. We ate on the outside patio many times and it was very Private. It even had Amenities like Beach Chairs, umbrella and even coolers to take to the Beach without having to Rent them on the Beach. We definitely will stay here again and many more times in the future. Apartment was tastefully decorated, appliances were high-end, and was well supplied with everything one needs. The rain shower was wonderful (the only suggestion would be a safety bar and a soap dish). Nick was very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place but unfortunately we had difficulty with washer, which was disappointing because we packed light, anticipating being able to do laundry. Not a deal breaker- but the communication with owner was spotty and the washer machine wasn’t fixed until the day before we were ready to leave

Perfection

Our stay was amazing. The condo is beautiful and immaculate. Sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs were good quality and in excellent condition. The condo is completely updated. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, the appliances, cooking utensils and dishes looked brand new. Washer and dryer were awesome. The pool view was great. You can tell the owners take care of their condo and care about their renter’ experience. It isn’t right on the beach but maybe 6 minutes away. It was nice to be away from hustle and bustle but still close to beach. We look forward to visiting again.

perfect getaway in Clearwater

As a family we really enjoyed our first vacation in Florida. The apartment is very clean, modern and super well equipped. The hosts were very engaging and friendly.
