Excellent stay and host! Condo was in a great location, clean, comfortable, convenient and just the right amount of space for a family of 6. The water park/pool was a big hit for my kids, easy drive to/from the airport, Baycare Park and Clearwater. Lots of cute and yummy little restaurants nearby. Very convenient to have clean towels, beach towels, travel items (soap/shampoo/lotion), laundry and dishwasher pods and several keurig pods available to use. Janet was a fantastic host and was available if we ever had a question about our stay. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

We loved the condo! My family fit comfortably and the views were beautiful. The place was super clean, decorated nicely and had all we needed: from the beach supplies (loved having beach towels), the waterpark for my two boys, to the 2 decks and all in between...we couldn't be happier with our stay.

Th condo was well stocked with kitchen gear, beach supplies. Near the beach and multiple food options. The host was very communicative before and durning the trip, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. My kids loved the water park and the balconies! I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay so much. This is the third time we’ve been to Harbourside and by far this unit was the best. It was beautifully decorated, communication from the host was top notch, and the water pressure in the main shower was amazing. Everything is provided to make you feel at home.We love the area because there is so much to do within walking distance and come to FL almost every year. We’ll definitely rent from here again.

Great spot and setup. My wife and I have two kids (5 and 2) and the apt was super accommodating - given its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and water park that you literally can see from your balcony. Was nice to have that convenience and also a beautiful view of the bay from the second balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner is very responsive with any problems or questions. The only problem we had was one of the TVs, and her suggestion fixed the problem. I only downgraded the location score because I would have rather been right on the beach. I knew it wasn't so that's not against the property, just a personal preference. I chose it over one on the beach with a comparable price because it looked much nicer. It is a short walk, and most of the time I went traffic wasn't bad. There is a pedestrian crosswalk with a signal for when it is bad. Overall, we had a lovely time.

We were right above the waterpark and marina with balcony views of each. Lots beach gear, didn't have to buy or bring anything from home. Very nice beach towels supplied as well. 2 blocks from the beach. My son is in a wheelchair and the sand was very easy to wheel him on. We will definitely come back.beachbringanything

Indian Rocks Beach

Super nice condo located on the intracoastal waterway only 2 blocks walk to the beach. The condo is meticulously maintained and well stocked. The water park was a big hit with the grandkids! The balcony views of the waterway are amazing and the second balcony views of the water park are equally as good. There is also a roof top deck that has great vies of the gulf. The unit is very clean and nicely appointed. Very comfortable beds with 4 queen beds. Both bedrooms have updated, very nice, en-suite baths. The owners are accessible and easy to communicate with.

Can’t go wrong!

Thank you, Janet and Joe. We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and the corner unit had a beautiful view of the inter-coastal waterway. And while my kids are young adults, we all enjoyed the lazy river at the waterpark. The unit is very clean and nicely decorated, even the kids commented on it, with great space so that we were all able to relax and spread out when we were in the unit. The unit was also stocked with many essentials - well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and the closet with the beach accessories included anything you could think of. It really helped to have the beach wagon and umbrella! They thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect Family Vacation Location

If your looking for water options for your next vacation, then book this place! Its location is perfect! Very easy walk to the beach less than 5 minutes away. On-Site waterpark with pools, lazy river, slides, etc... is literally off your back balcony. This is the best of both worlds! Plenty of nice restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee houses, souvenir stores within easy walking distance. We traveled with a 3, 8, and 10 year old children and they all stayed very entertained the entire trip. Lots of nice family options in walking distance & even more a short drive away. Can't express enough that this is the perfect location & option for both beach & pool lovers.

Summer Break

Wonderful condo that is very comfy and provides everything you could need and more. Hosts made check in and check out very simple. Park passes were a nice perk and our grandchildren truly enjoyed this trip. We live in Ft. Myers FL, but sometimes the close destinations are the best when traveling with small children. Great location and great unit, owners have thought of everything!

Our stay was WONDERFUL! Janet and Joe were great hosts, always responsive and making the whole process simple. Before we arrived, we received helpful information on the condo, nearby restaurants, parking, and check-in. The condo was very nice and comfortable. The water park/pool was a HUGE hit with the family! The location was great. The beach is a short walk away, and Janet and Joe have so many beach necessities - this was a plus! Our hosts were amazing! The condo was spotless and well-organized, offering a hotel-like experience with fantastic amenities. The view from both balconies was simply stunning. Wonderful return stay

We returned to stay at this condo for the second time. The condo is clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you may need. Janet and Joe are wonderful hosts with great communication. We had a wonderful time at the water park. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. Tons of restaurants within walking distance as well. It was a wonderful vacation!
