Wonderful and relaxing

The Avalon apartment is great place to stay and relaxing. Pool is nearby. Publix and Walmart also close by. Will rent again.

Amazing Hostess

This is the second time I have rented this unit from Florenta. She is an amazing hostess and aimed to please. She is always quick to respond with any issues. Issues are few and far between. The only issue I have ever had is yesterday the internet was down. It was a spectrum issue, but Florenta pointed me in the right direction to get it taken care of. Will always rent this unit from her when available.

Comfy stay

Only complaint is the shower, I wish it had more water pressure. I thought the bed was comfy. I used to have the same couch so I knew it would sit low. Easy to contact and communicate with you! The pool was great!!!! Your apartment was nice and clean! Thanks for letting us stay!

Will DEFINITELY use this rental/host again.

The check in process was extremely easy, the property was extremely clean and ready for our stay. Sam & Ami (housekeeping) dropped off extra linens shortly after our arrival, but there were plenty of extra linens, towels, beach towels, and supplies for the beach in the closet. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, silverware and cookware. The unit is on the ground level and the patio was enclosed; this was a huge plus with a nonverbal child. My whole family had a great time. The facility is 8-10 minutes from the beach, but was worth every bit of it. The gated community was nice, as well as the neighbors themselves. The pool was only 5’ deep which was great with two little ones. We will definitely come back to this place when we return to Clearwater!!!

Beautiful gated community, spacious 1 bedroom. Close enough to Clearwater Beach without the congestion and extra cost. We loved our stay and would be happy to do it again.

Beautiful condo in clearwater

The condo was super clean, necessities were provided, kitchen is stocked with enough kitchenwares. It has a closet with beach essentials like umbrella, beach chairs, cooler and towels which came handy for us that flew from another state. The back patio is a plus too. We enjoyed our stay in this condo especially the pool. It is about 10-15 minutes drive to clearwater beach.

O bairro é ótimo, o condomínio é bom, mas a chegada na casa não foi legal, tivemos dificuldades para ter as chaves, a cama horrível, mole mole mole, dormiu eu e minha esposa no chão os 15 dias da estadia, o apartamento de cima faz um barulho incrível com as pessoas andando, dá até para escutar o barulho das madeiras do piso flexionando o triturador da pia quebrou e assim ficou todo o tempo... enfim!

Pleasant apartment a few minutes from beach

It’s a nice place and in a safe gated community. We had trouble with the key box and the fire alarm went off for a good while but over all a nice stay. The pool was nice and the room had some extra towels and chairs. Bring your own toilet paper but otherwise the room was furnished.

Needs updating

The carpet needs to be cleaned or removed and replaced with flooring. Long shag is not clean. The oversized couch should be replaced. You need to sit on pillows to have any stability on couch. Besides kitchen chairs, there are no chair options. We asked for a sink stopper and extra toilet paper and never got any. We purchased our own and opted not to leave a receipt and leave them on site. The drapes on the patio doors do not cover the whole door area for privacy.

Perfect Getaway

The apartment was absolutely perfect. The owner was on top of everything from check in to check out. The pool was amazing. It was only 10 min to clearwater beaxh in heavy traffic. My family and I couldn't be more pleased. We will definitely stay again

Not what we expected

The location was fine. But the cleanliness needed improvement. The dark brown shag carpeting was old and dirty. The dark brown corduroy sectional was dirty and when you sat on it you were practically sitting on the floor. Very hard to get out of it. The condo was very dark. Would never stay there again.
