Perfect location . Pool was clean beach was great and close by restaurants were fantastic ! Highly recommend.Host had everything for you that you’d ever need .Beach chairs small cooler blender plenty of extras . Definitely would go back !! Thanks for the memories

We were THRILLED with the accommodations! The whole family, from grandkids to grandparents, absolutely loved the location - you cannot beat the walkout to the beach! The condo was clean, the property was clean, the pool area was clean, all were well maintained and welcoming! The staff was friendly, Brittany was easy to reach and accommodating, and all guests we chatted with coming and going were repeat visitors to the property with the same great experiences. This unit had surprise conveniences of some beach toys, beach chairs, a small cooler, and umbrella. The property had a nice stash of pool toys and floaties, and we were happy to add our contributions to the bin when we left. While we didn't intend to spend much time indoors during our stay, the unit was perfect for the eight of us to play cards every evening, enjoy the warmth and view from the balcony, and get a great nights sleep on VERY comfy beds!You can't beat the location for beach access, and access to necessities! A short walk to Walgreens and our favorite local hangouts, and a free-beach-ride phone call anywhere outside of walking distance.We literally felt this place was our home for our short stay, and we cannot wait to book this unit again for another getaway! Thank you Brittany!

We love the vistas!!!

The view was amazing from the front of the condo. The seating out there was wonderful for watching the sunset:) Our host was great and quick at responding to questions. We would definitely stay again:)

Great location and overall good stay. Was disappointed that we had to purchase many basics that I think should have been included for all of the fees. Stayed 5 nights and only had 2 trash bags. No dishwasher detergent or dish soap when we went to do dishes. Rewashed many dishes before use questioning if soap had been used. Couldn't find trays for air fryer/toaster oven so couldn't use it. Plenty of coffee filters! Had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels, but owner did say that in description when we rented so knew, but think it isn't that expensive to have a little more for people to use. Bought our own hand soap and toiletries. Owner did have a tiny bar of soap in bathroom for use, but nothing in kitchen. Bought laundry soap, but that was anticipated. Great washer and dryer. Not spotless clean. No instructions for when we left. Had tornado warning while there and no idea where to go. A simple book of what to do if... and great places to go would have been nice. Appreciated early arrival with storm warnings. Lots of road noise when sitting on patio outside but loved outside seating. Beach super close and that was the very best part! Loved that they had beach chairs and beach towels for our use. Good stay overall, but not as nice as other unit we stayed at in same complex. Owner was very nice, wish I could have only said wonderful things. Just a few things could have made a big difference. Give it a try, maybe these things will be better! dishsoap

Perfect week

The condo worked well for three senior women. It's walking distance to anything you might need and the beach is beautiful. It was our second stay and we'll be back next year but trying out a different unit. Brittany did a great job getting the unit ready for us and it was great to get in and get comfortable after a long plane ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Love this condo!

We loved the condo and will return! The property is great, but I especially like that there are plenty of beds. The only downside was that it was hard for us to all veg out on the couch and watch tv together and also there wasn’t a lot of room to put all our clothes, but that didn’t affect us enough to keep us from returning. There were parts of the condo that weren’t perfectly clean, so if you’re a perfectionist, be aware…but if you are like us and know that it’s going to be dirty within an hour of being there, it was no big deal. The linens, towels and toilets were all very clean.

Great week on St Pete Beach

This condo is in a perfect location. It is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The pool is great and it’s so easy to walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the chance to get warm and have some great sunshine. We’re already planning to return.

Great Location

Great location, very clean, relaxing wonderful time. Pool was heated and everything was close to beach! It would be crowded with 6+ people but with 4 it was wonderful!
