Excellent location, ample parking. Great space and amenities. Highly recommend. The greatest challenge with this unit is being located next to interstate causes excess noise and the apartment literally vibrates from road traffic. Location is walkable to essentially all of downtown.

We needed a last-minute place to stay in St Pete and totally lucked out with Terry’s home. It is conveniently located, walking distance to everything on Central Ave, super clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, has a washer & dryer, great kitchen, and nice bathroom. Terry is super responsive and was great when we had questions. The home is located by the highway, but it’s very quiet when you are inside. We would most definitely stay here again.

I've been using VRBOs for a few years now, and this is one of my best experiences. I was in town for a week at a convening near downtown St. Pete. When I looked for a space, I found this one, and luckily I did. Terry was almost instantly responsive, answered all my questions, and booking was a breeze.This apartment had everything from a comfortable bed to every kitchen utensil you can think of. It's in a hip neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, plus it's within walking distance to Tropicana Stadium.If you're interested in hanging out downtown or want to head to the beach, the Sun Runner bus is only a few blocks away, and I'd recommend using that to save you the cost of Uber to get around.So, for comfort, convenience, and a great place to stay in St. Pete, this would be hard to beat.

The unit itself is very nice and well-kept. Plenty of towels, and a nice living room. Bed was comfy. And I appreciated the presence of the washer and dryer because I was there for a tennis tournament. The host (Terry) was great at communication and replied promptly to my messages. There was a couple of things I needed to inform them about, and they immediately addressed them.I felt safe during my stay, and I would recommend staying there if you are in St. Petersburg.

What a lovely stay! The one‑bedroom apartment was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. Every necessity was provided—from the fully equipped kitchen to the plush towels and comfortable bedding. Communication was excellent, and the check‑in process was seamless. Property was excellent for our short stay. Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness of the property manager who was very attentive to our needs (including a last-minute extra blanket purchase and delivery!) The interior is spotless and very updated. We were in town for a swim meet, and it was perfect to crash for lunch and then after the meet. The gelato and smoothie shop a block away was a nice bonus.

This was the best stocked and cleanest rental that we've had in St.Pete in the past 3 years. The kitchen was well appointed (plenty of dishes, cookware, etc), plenty of linens, towels, laundry/dish detergent, etc. A few questions that we had were promptly answered by Terry. The location concerned me as it was by the highway however noise was not an issue. We were here for a swim meet and this was close to the team hotel and easy to get to Vinoy Park and nightlife. Overall it was a great stay. Would return here if we came back. however noise wasn't an issue. Great visit.
