Relax and play house in Clearwater

Our family of 6 stayed 3 nights in this wonderful house. It is very close to all the amazing places to enjoy. Walmart and sprouts are very close to pick up all your needs. The house itself is very welcoming and is in a very safe neighborhood. We loved the spa and the pool table!

1st vrbo

I was a bit nervous as this was my first time doing this. The hosts made my fears go away!! They were very sweet and accommodating. They even checked to make sure we were ok after a bad storm came thru. Although we were not able to go to the beach, it was nice to see all the things they left for us to use. I would highly recommend staying here!

A Home away from home!

This welcoming home with Florida beach decor was ideal for my family of 6. The beds were all very comfortable, the furnishings very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed the hot tub, the selection of games, the pool table, and the beach gear provided. There is a nice space and equipment outside to grill, use the fire pit and just relax and enjoy the back yard. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The location is very convenient to the beach, restaurants, shopping. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. It’s evident that they have the best interests of their guests in mind. It’s like they thought of everything, including plenty of towels, lots of pillows, comfortable bed linens, nightlights for the bathrooms, a cart to pull the beach gear. Helpful instructions are posted in just the right places. The air conditioning system is modern and keeps the house at the perfect temperature according to your preference. If booking again in Clearwater, this home will be our first choice.

Wonderful!

Home away from home just as described. Pictures don’t show just how big the rooms are. Great location for all the beaches. We were able to go to a different beach each day. We will definitely be back! Thank you Missy and Rick!

Very nice

The home is close to amenities. The photos were true showing extra pastimes to enjoy such as pool and a hot tub. And it was close enough to Clearwater Beach to enjoy but far enough away so we had quiet time as well.

Charming beach decor

Contact with the owners was immediate. The home was super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Loved the Horus with TV. All beds were comfy and bedrooms large and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and back yard. 6 min drive to Blue Jays ball park. Good eating places close by recommended by the owners. Would recommend . The whole place added to our tropical holiday

Great house!

We stayed for Phillies Spring Training with our 18 and 20yo kids. We had a blast! We played pool on the pool table, chilled out in the hot tub, grilled burgers on the gas grill. The house had a fully stocked kitchen made to cook in! Super clean in every room. The beds were comfortable. It was close to the stadium and grocery store. Only 20 minutes to Clearwater Beach. The kids said they loved the house and wanted to see if we could reserve it again for next year. They had so much fun they want to do it again!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed spending a month in Florida and avoiding the cold weather back home. Ricky and Missy were very responsive to any concerns we had. When the grill didn’t work they brought a new one right away. The house was nice and the neighborhood was great for dog walking. The house is very close to the Pinellas trail and I rode my bike daily. The trail takes you through Dunedin, Tarpon Springs to the north, and you can go to Gulfport and even St. Petersburg heading south. You can also access Honeymoon Island by bike. There are a lot of good restaurants close by. Thanks Ricky and Missy.

Very Comfortable House

The house is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for our trip to Clearwater to spend time with our adult grandson. We really enjoyed playing pool and watching football bowl games from the hot tub

The property is amazing. We had plenty of things to do during the day but coming home and being able to relax and have plenty of stuff to do was great. When we walked in the house smelled amazing and it really helped make the house feel more welcoming!

Just like being at home!

Property was well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed the large fenced in backyard for morning coffee and breakfast. Had fun playing pool and lounging around the comfortable house. Will stay here again.

We spend a pleasant Christmas time at Missy’s and Ricky’s home at Clearwater very nice family home and neighborhood! Definitely will come back to enjoy the beautiful beaches.

The BEST Clearwater Vaca EVER!!

Ricky and Missy were AMAZING hosts. The pictures of their house on VRBO don’t do it justice. It is SO NICE- and the perfect place to get away while still being extremely conveniently located to Clearwater Beach/Tampa. Beds were extremely comfortable, hot tub was awesome, everything in the house is extremely well maintained. I’ve been using VRBO for years planning my Florida vacations- Ricky&Missy’s place is by far the best property I’ve ever rented. We will 1,000% be booking again (probably within the next few months). Comfortable, Convenient, and Quiet

Terrific location, close to everything. The property is large, safe, neighbors are nice, street is wide, parking is easy, and no stairs. Backyard is very private and nicely furnished (light strings around sitting area/barbeque. would be helpful) Inside the furnishings are good; comfortable furniture, lots of sitting area, and a decent kitchen. Property Owners are very helpful, they truly care about your stay and want to ensure the home is working as intended. We were there over 2 mo's. All maintenace was taken care of and any issues were resolved immediately. Really, a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Ricky and Missy for an exceptional stay. :-)
