Weekend getaway

my husband and I came up for a quick weekend getaway. We were notified immediately the property was ready and we could check in early upon arriving. We found the apartment to be tidy fresh and well equipped.. all the furnishings were tastefully, arranged, and made for a very comfortable setting. My husband and I had plenty of room, we immediately found the blender and had coconut Rum going right away. John’s pass was a doable walk one and a half miles each way we enjoyed the walk and there were several bases for us to stop along the way we dined at Scully’s for lunch. It was fabulous. The grouper was to die for and bar hopped all the way back.. Day two we walked across the street loaded the handy wagon that is provided by the property with chairs that are also provided and our cooler. We spent the day floating in the water directly across from our property.Dinner time we headed out and walked in the opposite direction to find several dining locations just two blocks north of our roomOverall, we had a relaxing and fun time we found everything we needed right at our fingertips thank you for being such a fabulous host!There is still recovery going on on the island from the most recent hurricanes however, we still found plenty to do and within a few months there will be much more opportunities open.

Wonderful

Could not ask for much better! Kathy and Eddie were great hosts, always checked in on us when we passed by and had some great recommendations. The location was perfect. Right next to public beach access, near plenty of places to eat at all times of day, and a short walk from John’s Pass. The equipment supplied by the rental was incredibly clutch and made beach trips very easy. The unit had everything we could have needed, and overall felt updated and cozy. Defintely the first place we will check for our next trip to the area!

The apartment was adorable and clean, but small. The amenities were nice. You had everything you needed. The beach was beautiful and easy to access. The host and hostess were nice and informative. The location was near a busy road though. There was a bar/restaurant across the street about 50 feet. Which could be somewhat noisy at night. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Great!!!

This place was terrific.... We've stayed at numerous places on Maderia Beach and this was by far the best. They have a whole apartment dedicated to your beach needs. Chairs, beach toys, leftovers from others in the fridge, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers. everything. The place was very clean and across the street from the beach. We will return for sure.

Hidden Gem in Madiera Beach!

Just like coming home. Everything you need or want for a beach vacation is there. I took advantage of the kitchen and prepared meals because all the pots, pans, dishes were there! Great appliances as well! Utilized the beach towels and beach buggy on my adventures to the beach. There was even ice in the freezer and coolers in the utility room to take along. Like I said, everything you need and want for a great beach vacation! I highly recommend Seebreeze Inn!

Great place and renter

This place was adorable. Check in was a breeze. When they found out we were going to be late, they left the lights on for us so we wouldn't be going in in the dark. Very cutely decorated. Easy to access. Had everything you could need. They stayed in contact with us and having the extras of the beach equiptment was wonderful. Very clean

We loved the convenience of the location of Margaritaville. Walk across the street to the beach or take a 5 minute bus ride to John's Pass Village. Also the unit itself was very clean and included everything needed for our stay. 5 stars!

A little more time.

Just as advertised and then some. From booking to checkout the owners are above and beyond. As guests you can see how much the owners truly enjoy hosting guests. The wife and I enjoyed the Tiki hut styled sitting area out back. The apartment is located conveniently located to beach and many restaurants . Thank you for being such great hosts. BEST rental in Madeira!!!!

you must stay here! This room was cute and clean. They had everything you could possibly need for fun on the beach. Chairs, umbrella, coolers, tupperware, koozies, you name it. Bikes were easy and available for getting around but also many things walking distance!!! Beach is right outside your door. Go to Saltwater Hippie at night for live music!

Great beach location

Excellent communication from the host. Delightful unit with comfortable bed. Beach chairs bikes and more available for use. We had a great stay. If the neighboring business is loud late at night, let the host know. Kathy says they are responsive when she contacts them and asks them to quiet down. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful!

Staying at Eddie’s and Kathy beach rentals was so convenient and relaxing for my wife and I. Everything is walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants and stores. Super clean and everything you need plus some. Thank you again guys!

This property was cute. Ownership was there if you needed them and very communicative. It was very clean and had everything you need in the unit. It is just across the street from the beach. The property also provides anything you need on the beach. I would definitely return.
