Nice location and great place

Love the place. It was close to all we needed across the street from the beach. The pool for the facility was great. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Sandy Beach rental was perfect and made our stay even better. We were able to get comfy and enjoy the comforts of a home. The location was great! We will absolutely come back!!

Great place!

The unit was awesome, clean, and had the essentials! Great location, great tenants throughout the other units. We felt safe, and had a blast! Would suggest an update on the website, thats the laundry was destroyed, and not available. Probably just an oversight.

Easy Stay

Our time was filled with beach fun, good food, friendly staff, and most important - family time. Communication with the manager was easy and she is extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this as it is very clean, safe, and accessible to whatever you need. If you're looking for a stress free, easy stay, this is the place.

Good

The space in the unit was well utilized and well decorated. The beds definitely need replaced. The couch was more comfortable. The middle of the beds are sunken in and very uncomfortable. We came to the beach from Ohio and had to spend $100 extra to rent chairs and umbrella as the small umbrella in the unit was broken and only 1 chair (camping chair not a beach chair) was the only chair available and no beach towels provided and only a few tiny beach toys for kids. Location is good but the road is extremely busy and loud/noisy with tons of traffic. Lots of dishes and pots and pans available. The small complex was quite and walking distance to beach was convenient.

Nice condo for the price!

We enjoyed our stay at our condo! The beach was close and the pool was nice. It’s a mile to John’s Pass where there are all kinds of shops and restaurants! The beds were comfy. My only complaint is there’s no ledge in the shower to shave my legs! 😂 It was honestly a really nice place to stay with my mom and daughter for a girl’s trip. Also, you MUST eat at Costal Taco. It was AMAZING and only 800 feet from the condo!

Great, clean unit

This property was super clean and had all of the amenities we needed during our stay. Not only was it clean, we were a rock throw away from the beach! We enjoyed the pool as well that is located on the property and the other vacationers were very pleasant. We had quite a number of places to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner & used Uber/Lyft for transportation. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in Madeira!

Weekend getaway

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great and it was nice to have a pool right there too. Only complaints were that there was barely any toilet paper but we called and they brought some more. Also beyond the comforter on the bed there are no additional blankets provided. We definitely would have liked to have a couple blankets to either be used on the beds or when sitting out on the couch. That was the only thing we really had a problem with.

So happy with our stay at Tropic Breeze!

The place was really great! It was clean, updated and had all the basics of what we needed for our stay. Also, any time I had a question or comment for Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals I got an immediate, helpful and friendly response. In the future I will definitely look for a place run by Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals first when choosing a place to stay.

Perfect for Spring Break Get Away...

Property was clean, check in was seamless, amenities were nice for our needs. Clean, quiet, gelt very safe, 2 separate beds are amazing option. Location is trully 100 yards or kess to public beach access which had restrooms & beach gear rental (chairs, umbrella). Beach was perfect. Not crowded, very family friendly with a mix of young/ old. . Beautiful white sand. There are 2 small beach chairs available and they fit nicely on the outside overhang to store so no sand in unit. Located 1 mike from Jon's Passing, 1 mile from CVS. Very safe to walk at anytime of the day/ night. There are 3 tabkes with umbrellas and plenty of chais loungers around the pool for reading, completing online work/ school or garhering with friends. Pool is small, but clean and maintained. Suggestions: Bring or rent beach tiwels Bring a bkanket, (No extra blankets for lounging during tv time,) Make ice or buy at gas station across the street

Thanks for a great stay. Everything was prefect. Unit clean, cozy nicely decorated. Pool was amazing. Beach across street. Short walk to John's Pass and many restaurants near by. Sandy Beach Vacation Rentals were very helpful and courteous. We will return Thanks Chris and family Ontario

Our stay at Tropic

Our stay at Tropic Breezes unit 17 was fantastic .Large heated pool was crystal clear. Unit was clean and cozy. Long white sandy beach. People there were friendly. Management goes out of their way to please. Will be back hopefully again this year.

A Home Away from Home

We love this condo and settle in every February- April for a comfortable relaxing stay. We like the City of Madeira Beach and the other yearly condo renters The owners of Number 17 have made improvements and updates over the years. We love the new big TV and using their DVD player. We appreciate that it takes time and money to maintain a home. We try to take care of it like it was ours. Thanks to the owners and Sandy Beach for another wonderful vacation.

Very comfortable and great rate

My husband and I came in for a short stay. The condo met all our expectations. It was clean, stocked with what you'd expect from a vacation. Rental, and was close to everything. The pool is very nice and clean. The property is well maintained. WiFi connection was spotty at times and we had an issue with the cable television, but we weren't there to watch tv for sure! Overall a great experience and we hope to come back.
