It was great to have a real person working the check in 24/7. We came in late and they had everything ready. Check in took only a few minutes. We were handed a key and got into the unit right away.The location is awesome!

While we where there there was constant construction and couldn’t sit on the balcony debris was always falling on us this was a few days and the rest was ok

Home away from home

Definitely recommend. Excellent location (John’s pass has everything with an easy 10 minute walk), great condo. Seeing a manatee from the back deck was definitely a bonus. Pool and ocean were warm and the walk to either was easy peasy. One elevator made moving about longer than normal. The pool and beach amenities were nice. However, bring your own beach towels. We left two fishing poles. Last silly thing, throw blankets would be lovely after a day in the sun. P.S. Hurricane repairs are still underway, so there is roof work going on.

The unit itself is nice. Beds are comfortable; it’s clean; it’s spacious; it’s nice decorated. The location is nice - beach access is across the st and it’s about a 5 min walk to John’s Pass. Having said that, the negatives outweigh the positives for me and I wouldn’t recommend it. The building needs some attention - only one working elevator and that elevator needed some repairs, likely due to hurricane damage. The pool is small and gets overcrowded with no place to sit. There is a gym onsite but for some reason they lock it up until 9 am. What is not clear until you get the check in packet is that they only provide you with a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags - and that starter pack equals 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one extra garbage bag per trash can. They provide NO cleaning stuff. You have to bring literally everything, including pot holders and food storage containers for leftovers. The dishwasher and washer/dryer is old and is very noisy. The balcony is small and while the partial water view is nice, what is not shown is that the other view from the balcony is directly into private residence’s backyards. The sliding screen door on both sliding doors are jammed open. They are also doing roof work which I didn’t know about I got there. It certainly didn’t ruin our vacation but there are better options out there.

Girls trip

Location and pool are great. Room could use more towels, it sleeps 8 and there were 8 towels and only one kitchen towel and wash cloth.. Would stay again.

Great Location

This was our second time staying in this same unit. I will start by saying it felt like it has gone downhill a bit since we stayed two years ago. It wasn't as clean as we remembered, and there were a handful of items that needed attention/fixing (bedroom pocket door, screen doors, bathroom fan, wagon wheel). With that being said, the location makes this place a great stay. It's close to the beach, a quick walk to John's Pass, and has a great view from the balcony (we saw manatees during our stay again). Our kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Stayed for A Couple Nights for Beach Wedding!

Our group of six stayed overnight a couple nights for a beach wedding. We enjoyed the condo, great view, nice older building. The apartment was well furnished and large enough for us to gather. Thank you for hosting us!

Very Nice-

Location was fantastic. Right across the street from the beach. Amazing sun rises from the back. I do hope the mattresses are replaced- along with the couch and chairs - just pretty worn. Overall it was a great weekend and would recommend

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very spacious and was at a great location. The views were beautiful. The parking was very convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Family vacay

Wonderful Girl’s Trip!

The condo is so nice and well maintained. It’s a perfect location! Within walking distance to the beach and St. John’s Pass. The Mad Cantina next door is sooooooo good! Pool and hot tub are nice and clean. Will definitely return!

Great place, great location

This was a great rental. Location was excellent Rooms were comfortable and nice. The only things that I didn't like was that there was fresh pet urine 10 feet from our room. I'm assuming that this was from an owners pet as these are condos rented out. And that they make no accommodations for the 3 bedrooms that sleep 8. We had 7. We needed 2 vehicles yo move people around, but couldn't afford the parking that the city has at $3 an hour. That's $72 a day for parking. I would have been more than happy to park a 2nd vehicle behind the building where there was 4 parking spaces. But I do think this rental was well worth the money and was Great

Our first day the toilet was not working and leaking. Our second day the shower was plugged. It was my daughter’s wedding and we were unable to get ready properly. It took 8 hours for someone to come and fix it. When they arrived we were trying to get ready and they were in our way.

Seafood festival shenanigans

The condo was nicely decorated, very roomy, comfortable and well stocked for family fun. Board games, beach chairs, towels and accessories. The pool area was a small but recently renovated and looks great. Location is excellent. Only 428 steps to The Bamboo Bar and John’s Pass. Rebooked for next year

Nice condo, convenient location

Large condo with enough room for the 4 adult family members on our trip. Everything worked well and we alerted the management to a door which did not work (but didn’t interfere with our stay). Very clean. Had lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use. Included beach towels which was nice. Not a lot of extra blankets but no one seemed to mind but me. View of the intercoastal waterway was terrific and only steps to the beach. We enjoyed the short walk to John’s Pass shopping village. Condo was just as advertised. I’d rent it again for our next trip.

Lovely place!

This place is lovely and would have liked to stay longer if our itinerary allowed it. Great as a base for the Keys, we went to Key West for the day and the drive there and back was short enough. Apartments are well appointed although the bed couch in the lounge area was well used and not comfy for my youngest son. Just needs to be replaced really. Kitchens have all you need, here in the UK we quite often include the option of a "Welcome Basket" with a few bits and pieces in like - milk, bread. cheese, etc just to get the person started, this would be a good idea as nothing really that close for items. Rooms are top rate though; bathrooms are clean and have all you need. Pool area lovely, I thought the pool may be heated but it was warmer mid evening, beach area is in the process of being tidied up. I would stay here again for the right price!
