  • Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Clearwater Beach, voted #1 beach in the U.S. This unique Mediterranean style townhome is merely a block and half (or a five minute short walk) from Pier 60 and the nightly Key West style Sunset Celebrations. This location is perfect to enjoy the "Sugar White Sands" and the Boardwalk of Clearwater Beach. You can sit on the deck or in the living room and enjoy the tranquility of the water while watching for dolphins and manatees to go by. The rooftop terrace allows for eating outside, sun bathing and conversation with family or friends, or just enjoying the sunset or beautiful view both day and night. Once you visit "Our Little Slice of Heaven", you're sure to fall in love with it as well!

The house is so pretty and comfy. It’s also in a great location walkable to everything . The hosts were gracious and left no stone unturned when it comes to providing everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation .

The townhouse had everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The location was within walking distance of all of Clearwater’s highlights. It was extremely easy to communicate with our host.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was well appointed, and everything worked as shown. The view was beautiful from the rooftop hot tub, and I enjoyed grilling up there. We have some fun scaring each other with Ruckus :)Everything is within walking distance and Tampa Bay is a beautiful city.

The home was clean and comfortable with all needed amenities. Communication with the host was in one word, excellent. The home’s multiple levels offered privacy when traveling with other family members and the elevator was a great asset, especially to the top patio where we BBQ several times. The home is convenient to nearby beach, restaurants and located in a safe, clean, quiet cul-se-sac. We used the beach bikes to go to the beach, which we enjoyed alot. We would recommend this home and host for the Clearwater Beach area.

8 days in Clearwater

Nice neighborhood just blocks from the beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. The bikes, beach gear and fishing poles were a nice addition as was the pool and hot tub. Two 14 year olds gave rave reviews. The townhouse was nicely appointed

Spring Break 2025

Great week! Place was super clean and we even got in a bit early. It had everything as advertised and then some! Pool and hot tub were great, so was the dock - dolphins came along several times that week. It’s close to all our favorite bars and restaurants!

Close to beach and activities!

Very clean and comfy home. Nice pool and rooftop outdoor space. Beds were comfy, elevator was handy and the condo was spacious. Close walk to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Clearwater Beach Respite

We loved this Lovely townhome. Very nicely decorated and very clean. Super impressed with the kindness and responsiveness of the hosts. Close to the beach and restaurants and bike trails. A top-notch experience.

Overall, the property was very clean and had all of the items we needed to for cooking and relaxing. The rooftop was amazing, however, the hot tub was dirty and unusable. The property manager did have a quick response time and reached out to the hot tub guy but he couldn’t get out until after we left. Needless to say, we were disappointed as it was too cold to go on the beach. Regardless, we would stay again! The property is well managed and walkable to the beach and many restaurants. They also have everything you need for a child, which was priceless. Thank you!

Relaxation Vacation

Our stay in this beautifully appointed townhouse was wonderful. Anything you could possibly need was at our fingertips. Our hosts Misty and Curt thought of everything, and were very communicative during our stay. They checked in to ensure we were comfortable and it’s clear they want their guests to enjoy theIr stay. The rooftop is as advertised with spectacular views all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Beauty on the Bay

Beautiful view of Clearwater Bay while having morning coffee waking up with the dolphins. Plenty of room with everything we needed. Host Extremely responsive to any needs. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We loved this place. Probably one of the most comfortable homes we have rented in the last 10 years. It had everything we needed plus some extra nice touches. Great location. Quite street. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. The property manager was fantastic. We will definetly rent again next time we are in Clearwater.

Great Trip

Have stayed in many rental properties over the years in many different cities and this property was hands down the cleanest, best managed of any I’ve stayed in. Will definitely return.

Great location!

Property was Right around the corner from any and everything!!! You could walk, ride bikes that the home provided or even rent a golf cart like we did wich was so much fun to go around the town in! Also walking distance to the beach! Wonderful place to stay! highly recommended. much dun!

Great time!

The property was perfect for the 6 of us. Everything functioned properly and it is located right next to what I would call "the strip", shops, beach, restaurants etc. I rediscovered I can still ride a bike and my wife and I went out every day. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves which was really nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow! This place was amazing for our family to spend a week together. Everything and anything you could think of is included here. The elevator was a great touch. We loved the rooftop area with hot tub and had a barbecue one evening. It was spectacular. Highly recommend and will definitely definitely be back!

Everything was so perfect

This condo is so beautiful and has everything you could possibly need! So close to everything and every detail in the house is perfect, it really makes you feel like you are at home. The elevator was so helpful as there are a lot of stairs. Enough beach towels and beach things to make the perfect day! 100% recommend and hopefully we will be able to return!
