Great Unit

This unit is perfect. We would have already booked it again for next year if it was available. Property is in really good shape considering all the hurricanes. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Lands End even though the weather did NOT cooperate. The condo was great and pool was Awesome! If the weather would have been warm the beach would have been perfect as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Land’s End

Perfect unit, clean and well accommodated with appliances, linens and amenities. A/C struggled to get near 70 but ceiling fans and two additional floor fans helped. BR faucets were weak but the showers and kitchen were good. Balcony just enough for 4 to enjoy the sunrise and watch the antics on the dog beach and boats in the waterway. Walk to the beach a snap, pool was FANTASTIC! Very pleasant stay!!

Beautiful waterfront views

Beautiful property with beautiful sunrises and excellent beaches with gorgeous sunsets! The complex has beautiful boardwalk surrounding it so it has beautiful views everywhere. The pool is large and very beautiful and clean. Even though condo is bay front it’s only a short walk to enjoy the beach that had amazing shelling! My husband was able to fish right in bay on dog beach and loved it. And we saw several dolphins in the bay right outside our balcony and got to enjoy the music across the way from waterfront bars. It was not disturbing and was not heard with patio doors closed. Condo was stocked with many needed necessities and beach items! Would stay here again!

Spring Break

Security was doing there job when they approached us about our kids playing catch in the pool but he used profanity many times while handling the situation. Scott was the security persons name.

Hvac problem

Everything was great, except a moldy smell from the HVAC unit. They did send someone to look at it, but he did not fix the problem. The air quality was terrible and it was to hot to open the doors. The coil on the evaporator needs to be acid cleaned. There is a crust growing on the coil.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was very clean upon arrival and everything was as pictured. Bonnie was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had promptly. Stocked great with starter items and the grounds were well maintained. Starting night one of our stay, the condo a couple down from this one was doing renovations so we had to listen to hammer drilling everyday throughout the entire day for the whole week. Bonnie called to let us know the elevator was going to be down for floor replacement on the 5th which if fact took way longer than the one day they said it would (according to the sign on the elevator) and when allowed to use the elevator outside of working hours, it was so dirty with saw dust and wood chips everywhere—so unsafe for our 2year old. Lastly, Bonnie called to inform us of roof replacement on the building this condo is in...so needless to say, we listened to drilling, hammering, etc for the entire week and did not have access to the elevator for several days as well. Very disappointed with as much as we paid for the unit.

Very clean and nicely updated condo. We loved having a king size bed in each bedroom. The beach was awesome ! We also enjoyed the huge pool and hot tub! People in the guardhouse were very fun and helpful. Our Host was wonderful and patient! We saw dolphins, manatees and rays from the balcony! This was definitely a great find for our family!

This condo has PLENTY of throws, 4 beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, a coffeemaker & keurig and a crackpot. It has inflatables, 2 pool noodles, buckets and shovels, 4 beach chairs, misc beach toys AND fishing stuff!As far as the rest of the place. The beds were oh-so comfy! The balcony faces the bay and 2 restaurants/bars. Yes, one has live music every day BUT..the doors have great insulation. We didn't hear it unless the back door was cracked. We hope you see the dolphins and manatees as we did! The pool and beach are a really short walk. The pool has so many rules, you will feel like you are in grade school again. The beach is private and OH-SO full of shells! You will NOT need a separate shelling tour! It made this girls heart happy!And. I'm from Arkansas...idk where the Irvine location is coming from.

Resort Like Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our condo in building 3. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We loved the action on the water (music, boats, sunrise) from the balcony. Lands End felt very resort like so we enjoyed the secure and safe community. We played a lot of sand volleyball and pickleball. It's good to know you can use their equipment and you don't have to bring your own. The pool area is large and always enough seating and room in the pool for everyone. The staff is very strict about their hot tub policy and will kick out kids under 18 within a minute or two (they have cameras on the hot tub and will leave the front gate and tell you to get out). Our family was kicked out at night when we were the only ones in the entire pool area. We used Free Rides several times and then the trolley but we did miss having the trolley within steps of our condo and it's over a mile walk to get to the closest stop. Condo could use a dining table on the balcony, some better beach chairs and better pillows.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this apartment The condo itself was equipped with everything you would need for a perfect beach side holiday with two good size bedrooms the larger bedroom had the most amazing view overlooking the bay were you can go and swim during the day and in the evenings listen to the music from the restaurant opposite the apartment while you enjoy an evening meal on the balcony I will definitely be back!Siobhan Ireland!

LOVE this condo

This is our 4th time staying at Land’s End and this is our favorite condo on the bay side! Updated condo is beautiful and so relaxing to listen to the music at the restaurants across the water.

Beautiful Property with Great Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. It had everything we needed and then some! There was a closet full of beach items; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing pole and more. The pool at this property is HUGE compared to most places with plenty of loungers and tables as well as nice bathrooms with showers. Note: they have several pool rules and a camera system they use to enforce; no throwing balls, no floating devices, no one under 17 in hot tub.. so if you have young kids who like to play rowdy, this may not be the place for you or at least be prepared to have staff intervene. The unit was very clean and comfortable although the LR furniture is starting to show some wear. The beds were very comfortable however the bedding (supplied by cleaning service) could stand to be upgraded. The sheets were very basic motel like and did not stay in place at all which was annoying. We reserved this unit specifically because it had bunk beds but unfortunately this was changed to a queen bed at some point so that was a disappointing surprise. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and dogs play on the beach right below. There is live music across the water that is enjoyable to listen to from afar. It gets louder on the weekend but over by 10:00 so wasn't a big deal at all. The washing machine needed service so hopefully that will be completed soon for future guests. The unit is stocked with extras like blankets and fans, board games, cards, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the quieter location of Sunset Beach. It's away from the main areas so less crowded but a quick, easy drive to whatever you need. We would definitely stay at Lands End again but likely find a different unit only because we prefer bunk beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo in a great location. The rental company was very accommodating and pleasant. They grounds are well kept. The pool is huge and also beautiful. The beach is just a short walk from the pool where you can watch the sunset over the gulf. The Toasted Monkey is across the water behind the condo where you can listen to the live bands at night from your balcony. It’s quiet inside if you choose not to. My only complaint is the beds. They need to be replaced. The twins were so noisy and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a bag of chips. The king is sagging pretty bad. I would stay here again but ask for a unit with better beds. The people were friendly and the location is perfect. They provided us with all the essentials too. Laundry soap, dish soap, coffee for a week, paper towels to start. Plenty of towels too. Great rental company.
