This unit fit all of our needs regarding location, cleanliness, and amenities. I would 100% recommend this property to my friends and family and will revisit this if I'm in town in the future!

Overall, we had a nice time and truly appreciated the home—it was comfortable, and our family enjoyed being together there. However, we were unable to use the pool during our three day stay due to algae growth. Although the pool technician came and removed the leaves, the water was still unclean nor safe for swimming, so unfortunately we weren’t able to use it at all.This was a bit disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property for our trip.

Bachelorette Weekend Away GREAT stay

We had the best time! The house was super clean. Everything was as expected in pictures. Great location to Indian Shores beach area, and about 30 minutes from St. Petersburg pier. The property manager was awesome! She responds right away! Would definitely recommend this property. 10/10!

Disappointed

We were very excited to stay in this home and also enjoy the pool, patio and yard. It looked so beautiful online. We stayed here for 3 weeks.The host was always available when needed and very pleasant. The home is nicely decorated and spacious for a family. We did feel the living room and master bedroom furniture was very low and as a result were very uncomfortable. Our biggest disappointment was when we went outside and saw the condition of the patio. The pool was clean but all the planters had dead plants in them. The umbrellas were ripped and nearly all of the furniture damaged in some way. There was a problem with both grills that our host took care immediately. The reason given for the plants and furniture was the hurricane. The hurricane was 4 months before our arrival. There is no reason that the plants and yard were not clean and presentable. There was a bag of trash that had been there a while against the house.Also the attic vent outside was hanging by one screw which is a hazard. After driving 1700 miles,we were very disappointed.

Family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful time and the property is fabulous! Plenty of room, great outdoor area with the pool. Tons of amenities. We appreciated that it is dog friendly and has a pack and play and a high chair for the baby. Our host was beyond accommodating and answered any query we had quickly and kindly. We recommend this place very highly!

Fun Florida Stay

We had a great time staying at Alyssa's place. She was very responsive any time we had questions, even late at night! The place was very clean and stylishly decorated. Lots of outdoor seating, and the pool was so fun! Also, the kitchen was very well equipped with tons of beautiful cutlery and plates for our group (which isn't always a thing at vacations rentals!!). Enjoyed all the indoor seating as well, large couches and lots of chairs for everyone to chill. If we lived closer we would definitely book again! Thanks Alyssa!

girls weekend

booked this house for my cousins bachelorette and it exceeded all expectations! from just the little things like pool floats, beach chairs, extra spices and cooking utensils we were so so happy with this house. We made a cake one evening and found the mixer (which we did not expect to be in the house) but it was just another little item that this house had making our evening easier and more time for celebrating my cousin. Beds were comfortable, pool was heated which was amazing, backyard was great, and large driveway was perfect for all of us driving in for the weekend (6 cars)! would recommend this stay to anyone!

Absolute Best Time!

We had an amazing time on our girls' trip. The house was perfect. Very clean and well appointed. We spent many hours floating around the pool and it was also so easy to pop over to the beach from there. It was only a short drive to Madeira and we had a really fun night out there. Alyssa was such a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

If you're considering booking - DO IT!! The perfect property for a getaway!!

We had the most amazing experience at this property. Let me start off by saying, the pictures do not even do this home justice, it is EVEN BETTER in person. Everyone in our group was amazed and in love as soon as we stepped inside. Myself, my (now husband), 7 of our closest friends/family and two of our dogs stayed at the home for a long weekend to celebrate our wedding in St Pete Beach! This home truly had everything we could've needed, the host Alyssa was the most responsive and incredible with communication from before arriving to after we left. Not only did 9 of us stay overnight at the property, throughout our time there many many of our friends and family came and went spending time with us also and there was plenty of room for everyone. The memories we made here and the time spent is priceless. It was about 30 mins to downtown st pete/ st pete beach where our venue was, but only 5 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach! Neighborhood was adorable, very walkable. Highly suggest Southie Coffee Roasters just a few minutes away!! From late nights catching up, to early morning when everyone was getting ready for the wedding, I can't rave enough, we hope to come back and stay here again in the future. The home upgrades are gorgeous, so well done. Yard was perfect for the dogs, beds were very comfortable, kitchen had essentials stocked, host even left us a bottle of champagne and a congrats card for our wedding! Do not hesitate, if you are considering this home BOOK IT !

Family get together in a beautiful home. Microwave needs replacing. Have to hold the door shut to get it to go! Kitchen fabulous, great equipment, great washer and dryer.

Great Property with Pool/Fenced in Yard

My husband and I stayed here for a few weeks with our dog. The house was beautiful, clean and in a safe area. The pool was very nice, as is the fenced in yard. Alyssa was a great communicator and always responded ASAP. Overall, we were very happy with it. The only issue we had was it was further from Tampa and St. Pete than we thought, which is my mistake. This home is beautiful and I would highly recommend it for a FL getaway.

Excellent House/Host

The house was beautiful and great for a large group! There was plenty of room to spend time at the house. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Alyssa was awesome to work with! She was so accommodating and responded quickly! We would definitely stay here again.

This property is absolutely perfect. Everything was thought of and the cleanliness was impeccable. Communications were perfect and the house was more than ready for our arrival. The beds were comfortable all the appliances were brand new. It was like a home away from home but better.

Great location & excellent communication!

Family of 10 aged 6-65. Property is exactly as described, and Alyssa was one of the best communicators of any host we have ever stayed with. Five minute drive to the beach and centrally located between Clearwater, St. Pete, & Tampa. We had an awesome week!

Amazing Luxury Oasis

If you’re looking for a top notch rental close to many beaches- this is it. This place is clean, beautifully decorated, has ample space for 10 adults, and the pool is a great place to retreat from the sun. The backyard is fenced, and is charming in every way. There is more than enough places to sit and relax around the pool as well. In addition, Alyssa was such a wonderful host to work with from start to finish. I will be bringing my family back here in the near future.

Excellent location for family vacation

We absolutely loved our time at this home. Alyssa communicated quickly and was very helpful. We had plenty of space with lots of options for downtime (pool, games, puzzles). The close proximity of multiple beaches and Seminole park made everyone in our group happy. We hope to stay again next year!

Beautiful home with a perfect backyard for swimming and hanging out with the family☀️

We were very happy with this property. It had everything we needed and was beautiful inside and outside. Pool was a warm 85 so you can enjoy the pool at all hours. 100% recommend this property for your next family vacation.

Relaxing, stress free stay

A group of girlfriends and I had an amazing time and really enjoyed the house. It had everything we needed and the pool was clean and refreshing. The host responded fast to any questions that arose and was flexible with our check in and check out time to help accommodate our flights. Would absolutely stay here again!
