Denise was very accommodating to me and my son in such an urgent matter. Her condo is beautiful, very clean, excellent location and area. The condo was stocked with the necessary essentials. This property was perfect for what we needed… We needed to be close to my daughter who lives less than a mile from here. There is a great little tiki bar. We enjoyed thoroughly within walking distance, along with other shops and Starbucks and Publix, etc., that you could walk to from here. This place is so clean you feel like you could eat off of the floor. This is absolutely a perfect place for what we needed.

Perfect location and well-appointed condo to use as I helped re-settle my daughter at Eckerd College for the year. I appreciated the covered car spot and the ample room for sorting stuff before we brought it to her dorm room.

Was not the greatest location. Was not what it appeared to be. Got woken up at 3.30 both nights from noise of neighbors and traffic. It was no luxury stay. Was disappointed.

Very comfortable

The king bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all. There were extras not found in other rentals such as snacks, coffee, shampoo/cond, and bodywash all of which were a nice step above the usual rental. We had a very short visit and were unable to enjoy the surrounding are at all which I think is unfortunate.

Long weekend getaway

This property was great for our long weekend in St Pete to visit friends and return to favorite restaurants. Property is well maintained and in a great central location for visiting downtown St Pete or the beaches.

Just right

Location was excellent for us to spend time with our daughter who lives in St. Pete. The condo had everything we needed - I always look for a dining table to gather around. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner together and enjoyed the Florida weather. Condo was comfortable, we felt like we borrowed a friend's place for a few days. Nice to be able to walk on the trail that ran out front. Other walkers/bikers were friendly too which doesn't always happen.

Location

We stayed for ten minutes. Didn’t feel safe staying there. Ended up staying at my friends in Tarpon Springs. Thank goodness for them! Cockroach in tub. My friend said there are safety zones and ours happened to be in a red zone. I guess our intuition was right.

Perfect Location!

Business Trip. Week after Helene Storm. Condo area was spared. 10 min form downtown St. Pete. (work) less to beach. Closed beaches led to Disney for a Day. That was only 75 Minutes. Arriving at this temporary home away from home was fantastic. Exceptionally clean. Kitchen had everything. Publix 2 minutes away. Neighborhood was super. Bonus* Front porch on condo with chairs and table for morning coffee. Most important, My wife loved the colors, layout and decorating. She is VERY picky. I chose this place and greatly enjoyed the "good job!" I received form her. Host was perfect.

Great happy place

The happy place is a great condo and Denise was a great host. It’s in a great location in Pinellas county close to grocery stores, restaurants, the bridge to the beachside, and I-275. I would love to rent the condo again when I return to see my family in the near future.

Home away from home

This condo was spotless. Nicely decorated. Host is promptly responsive. The condo had everything you need to prepare meals for the family. And things you didn’t know you needed. Aloe gel for sunburns, extra hand soap, cleaning supplies and beach supplies. Will definitely book this agin for Desoto Park trips.

Wonderful stay

The condo was everything my family of 4 needed for a 6 night stay. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The parking spot is right in front of the door so there is no long walk. The unit comes equipped with everything you need. We brought some things with us but it was already there (such as hair dryer, flat iron, beach items, etc.). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need as well which was a plus because we were able to cook breakfast almost every morning and dinner one night. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. The neighbors that we met were friendly and helpful. The unit doesn't have a washer and dryer but there is a coined laundry on site which is easy to use. The pool was great! It was nice and clean. It is really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. It was also a short drive to downtown and the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Suited our needs, however…

Unit was as described. Cute traditional Florida family condo vibe. +host communication was excellent and friendly +stocked with necessities, except no extra bath or beach towels (4 supplied) +clean linens +proximity to Starbucks +easy access to interstate +condo pool was fine -sign on A/C to keep at or >76* (too hot for FL summer sleeping) -insects in unit, possibly clover mites -bathroom sink drainage was very slow -outside night noises were somewhat disruptive (especially the parking lot car alarm which woke our kids - not owners doing, but keep in mind it a a ground floor corner unit right next to multiple cars). Note, did not hear neighbors.

Cozy and Comfortable

Very cozy, comfortable condo. We were there for a swim meet in downtown St Petersburg which was only about a ten to fifteen minute ride each morning. The owner was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped and met all or needs and the bed in the Master was so comfortable.
