A Pleasant Surprise

We made a last minute decision to bring our 12 year old grandson to the Tampa area for a 4 day stay. We had an awesome stay and highly recommend the South Beach Resort!

Beach condo

Place was just average. Didn’t really appreciate mgmt having scheduled the a/c replacement on the first day of our stay and having to be up and out of the place for most of the day without any notice other than when we checked in the previous afternoon. Place is a bit “worn”, mismatched paint and “touch ups” in different colors, a hole in the wall around bathroom lights, doors that don’t close properly, etc…things that could be easily fixed. Also found homeless people sleeping in stairwell entrance on the beachside when we went for our morning walk. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and John’s pass, but that’s about the most positive. We won’t be staying at this one in the future.

Right on the beach with great view.

Good location, with many amenities around. Some sand in the pull-out bed, but otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Very nice area

Very nice condo. Very clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant. Just did not appreciate furniture delivery being forced on us at 8 am during our vacation. Thought it was very inconsiderate.

Perfect spot

Had a great night, even though we only stayed one night it was great. The place was clean, staff was friendly and the views were amazing! We will definitely return!

Very impressed with the location of the condo-close to the beach and restaurants. The young lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

very restful

Beautiful sunsets and view of the Gulf. Very clean only a few items I thought should have been standard but were not there : coffee filters and salt and pepper. Overall very nice maybe just an update of the duvet cover - it looked a little dingy since it was white and whites tend to turn gray after alot of washing.

Great location

Great location on the beach with a nice porch to watch the sunsets. Also quite and well maintained. If you want to party plenty of places within walking distance. Could use a hot tub.

Very tidy rooms

Very pleased with our visit there, the sunsets were amazing! The hammocks, the pool, and the sea breeze was all wonderful. Check-in was simple and efficient and there are tons of dining options nearby for any type of meals you might like.
