Beautiful and clean apartment where you can enjoy of family time with all the accommodations you may need. You can find all the things you need for your vacation, and has a storage full of beach chairs, and beach umbrellas to be able to enjoy the nice beaches around the city of Clearwater. Wonderful apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It’s lovely inside, you can see the owners are gradually updating things with the brand new showers and lovely furniture, the kitchen is a little outdated but has absolutely everything you will need, pots, pans, cutlery and cleaning products. There is a massive washing machine and tumble dryer. They also left a few dishwasher tablets and cloths which was very helpful. The showers have big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which was brilliant for us! There are 2 hairdryers again we were so thankful for these!! The beds and pillows were so comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows too. It was so helpful to have various beach items, we used the 4 beach chairs and 2 parasols. There is also a big food cooler with wheels and 2 umbrellas which helped for the afternoon thunder storms! The apartment is on the first floor with an apartment above where you could hear some noise. It’s about a minutes walk to the pool which was heated and a great size! We used it quite often as our girls loved it! It’s about an 8 minute drive to Clearwater beach and it was nice to come back and be away from the hustle and noise of the beach area. Communication with Ted was excellent, he emails and messages you with all the important information at the necessary times. Overall we have had a wonderful 2 weeks stay in this lovely apartment! Thank you Ted!

Perfect Spot for a Clearwater Escape: Highly Recommend!

The property was perfect for our family’s stay in Clearwater. The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved that there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a cooler for us to use at the beach! The owners provided exceptional communication throughout our stay.

Ready to go back

Fantastic condo! We already want to go back and when we do will definitely book this condo again. Owner was very easy to work with. Condo was very clean. Lots of space. We spent 5 nights and felt like we were at home. Added bonus was tp, paper towel, trash bags, hand soap, towels, linens were all included. Location is fantastic. 10 min drive to the beach. Many options for dining and shopping.

Just Perfect

Ted was a fantastic host from beginning to end and the property was ideal for a family of 4 on vacation. We stayed for 3 whole weeks and we were comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed the heated pool and the beach and aquarium were very nearby. We were able to keep the place clean and use the laundry facilities because it was so well-stocked. Thanks for a great stay - we will definitely book again if we come back to Clearwater.

Clearwater vacation

Communication was top notch from owner. Information was exactly as described on condo check in and what to expect. We were coming to beach hop and flew so we also had beach chairs, toys, and even towels to use at the condo which was very nice! Condo is a quick (20min with traffic) drive to several beaches. Our favorite was Indian Rocks Beach. Also within minutes of several really good restaurants. If we’re ever in Clearwater again this is def where I would try to book first.

Comfy Condo

Wonderful home base for our Clearwater winter getaway! Close to multiple powdery white sand beaches and amazing restaurants. Condo was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. Clean, updated decor, cozy covered porch and plenty of living space. This unit has some quirks and older fixtures but they didn’t hinder our enjoyment at all. Communication with Ted and Roxy was easy and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Everything was amazing! Clean, had everything we needed, comfy beds stores and beach close by. Only thing we didnt love was that there was only 1 pool and it was heated even in 90 degree heat. But overall we loved our stay!

Convenient

The condo was convenient to most everything the Clearwater area offers. The pool area was great and the other condo owners and guests were extremely friendly. The unit could use some upgrades (bathrooms and kitchen) but overall it was a very positive experience.

Nice place

Needs a little updating but it was clean. Bathtubs were painted and need to be surfaced so they are not so slick. I slipped while taking a shower. Not injured but it could have happened. Wife was afraid to take a shower. Pool nice but crowded at times

Good location and facilities in apartment

Great communication with the owner. Reasonably stocked apartment with cooking gear, towels etc very clean. Only minor item was occasional noise from apartment upstairs which was mostly heavy footfalls (but not a big deal)

Nice Condo with short drive to Clearwater beach

We enjoyed the stay. The condo was nice had a beach theme that really made you feel like you’re on vacation. The Condo amenities provided were good for my teenagers (pool & gym) during downtime. Was only a short drive to the beach and within walking distance to grocery store and a few shops. The owners were prompt with communications and provided all the information needed prior to the stay. We would stay again if we return to the area.

Clean & quiet getaway

The condo was super clean and had all necessary amenities. The owners were extremely responsive & easy to communicate with as well as friendly. The location was quiet and a short ride to local attractions. Would highly recommend staying here!
