Host put up Christmas tree and decorations for us. Everyone in party appreciated. Home is exceptionally well supplied with everything you might need, even coffee pods. Was able to watch football as tv is set up with streaming services. Pool and spa were excellent and so were sunset views.

John is very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped. The view of the sunset from the property is postcard worthy. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool table. The water is full of seaweed to the end of the dock so we visited a local beach to swim. The master bathroom has a very small toilet and shower area (I could barely shut the door) and the sinks and mirror are in the bedroom. Doesn’t allow for much privacy. Overall it’s a nice place and a good location for vacations without the hotel crowds.

Golf Weekend on the Gulf

I got this spot for me and a group of friends on a golf trip. We had one of the best weekends we’ve ever had. We almost didn’t want to leave the house at all it was so great. First of all the house and backyard were amazing. Super clean, super nice and the view was incredible. John the owner was extremely nice and welcoming. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms that popped up and he had it fixed quickly and even left some beers for my friends and I. I’d recommend this property to anybody.

Sunsets

Can not describe how beautiful the sunsets are from the backyard. Enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool during the day and fire pit and dock at night. Saw dolphins swimming by. Used the kayaks provided as well as paddleboards. Awesome neighborhood for walking. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants and activities. Super happy with our stay.

Favorite part of this property is the location and outdoor space! The view is spectacular!! The owner was always attentive and responded right away. Great place to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. Wonderful restaurants were recommended by the owner, they did not disappoint.

Beautiful views with a great pool and deck

The property is in an excellent location with magnificent sunsets. We stayed at this property shortly after the hurricanes so there were minor issues related to those events. The property is nice with plenty to do for my family but we mostly enjoyed the outdoor space. The inside is nice with most everything you need for a good stay. A few updates are needed with the kitchen and outdoor kitchen space. The kayaks are a nice amenity but are a little old. Pay attention to the tide levels when planning water activities because at low tide there is no water in the bay outside the property. And there are only 4 bedrooms with 3 other spaces for sleeping on sleeper sofas in common areas...those 3 extra spaces are not private. Overall, we had a great time and John is a good host and very nice to work with.

Excellent Family Stay

We had an excellent stay as a large family this past week. The home had everything we needed plus more. John the host was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was clean with lots of entertainment for all ages. After such damage from the storms, the house was exactly as described minus the dock which had damage. However, it was completely understandable and was in the process of being redone. No complaints! Will definitely bring the family back down and will consider using the same house again

Relaxing on the Gulf

Our family stay started 3 days after hurricane Milton passed through the area and 2 weeks after hurricane Helene. We seriously considered rescheduling our stay given the reports of devastation to Florida but the host promised we would have everything we needed and that the property and its amenities were fine. We trusted the host and moved forward with our plans to find the property was magnificent. We wouldn't have known 2 hurricanes passed over the property. This home is stunning! We were so happy we didn't reschedule. Our stay was fun in sun, swimming every day, relaxing in comfort, catching sunsets that were breathtaking and as the host promised, we had everything we needed. We didn't want to leave and voted to make a return stay. Trust this host!!

Beautiful sunsets and most gracious host!

We had a wonderful week on this beautiful property! The sunsets are absolutely amazing, the pool was perfect and the house was as well! Our family rented the boat and went fishing. The entire week was the best! John, the host, is by far, the most gracious host I have ever had!!

Beautiful waterfront house with amazing sunsets!!

My family and I had a great time celebrating a birthday and anniversary here. The overall house was spacious, clean, and the pool table was a bonus! Absolutely loved the views and access to streaming services on all tvs. Location was ideal being close to awesome restaurants and beaches. John was a great host being very supportive and responsive. Truly appreciated the detailed information he provided before and during our stay. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Family Spring Break

Great Family Memories Made Here!

Our multi-generation family had a great time . Our host, John, was so accommodating, and the pool, hot tub and property right on the water was exceptional and included plenty of lounges for sunning and chairs and tables for morning coffee and watching the sunsets. Flooring, furniture, and tvs have all been updated, and sliders are back ordered but will be replaced. The outdoor kitchen needs some work but it didn’t impede the wonderful time we had, or the memories we made. Thanks John and family for sharing your home with our family.
