The view from this home is stunning, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is a huge bonus and the house has all of the fun amenities like bikes and kayaks. The numerous bedrooms with king beds worked very well for our couples retreat. The Host is wonderful and communicates quickly! We’d certainly stay again!

House and setting were magnificent and as described. Nicole and her co-host were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. A few issues upon arrival were attended to promptly. It was perfect inspiration for our writer’s group. We especially appreciated the elevator, as we had seniors that needed help navigating 3 floors. We will be back.

Can’t get much better

With this beautiful house you’re only a few steps from the water where you can launch a kayak or paddle-board. The house has everything you could need for a wonderful time either in the house, pool or ocean. It’s perfect location and amenity’s give you the option to stay in if the weather gets bad. If you like to cook this is a great place and there is about every spice, utensil and condiment you might need. I didn’t have any issues or problems however I did message the host a few times with a couple questions and the response time was very good and the replies were thorough. Even the neighbors were friendly and would wave and say hi (which you don’t always get with a rental property). The views are stunning and sitting on one of the balconies with a cold drink, watching the sunset is unforgettable. You won’t regret spending your time at this house and if you have kids this will be something they remember talk about for a long time.

Beautiful home Beautiful Stay

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed including spectacular water views, a fantastic pool and any amenity you could possibly need. The house was immaculate with plenty of room and morning coffee on the balcony was perfection. And a coffee maker that made a hot cup of coffee was icing on the cake. Owners were very responsive when we had a question. This was a great find and we will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful Home

The house was beautiful and right on the gulf. Thought there was beach access beyond the pool and there was no beach. The elevator was down and we were not able to use it however I was counting on it due to my bad back with the suitcases. No use of the garage.The garage was well stocked with bicycles, kayaks, pool items, etc. The pool was warm and well cared for.The location is embedded in a neighborhood and away and far from things like Clearwater or St. Pete's beaches. So if you want some "seclusion" this is your place.We appreciated the quality of the home and furnishings. I'm glad we stayed there but next time will get closer to more tourist options.So, only two "nits" but overall was lovely.

Tarpon Springs spring break

We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. The host was very quick to respond to questions or other needs. The house was very clean and had a lot of basic amenities such as toilet paper, laundry products, starter bath products, etc. which was very helpful. The view from the house is spectacular, the pool is very nice (it does not have water views). It was nice to have kayaks and paddle boards to use during our stay. The bedrooms were large and all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The programmed thermostats were set outside of our comfort range (AC was 68 at night) which required constant attention to reset them to desired temps as they auto changed throughout the day. The host said they would have addressed the matter, I did not reach out about the issue until late in our trip. The only other disappointment was the pots and pans in the kitchen. We cook a lot, the kitchen equipment was very low end and worn for a rental at this quality/price level.

Beautiful house, amazing sunsets, great hosts

Our family got together for a week at this house. The location is beautiful and the house is amazing and very well equipped and very clean. The hosts are grade-A and very communicative and accommodating. Small touches like a tray equipped with towels and small toiletries in each bedroom shows how much they aim to provide top notch service. It was a great experience and we enjoyed our week there immensely. Would highly recommend this house and the hosts.
