We had a great 3 night stay. Close to beach and all the amenities provided to enjoy the beach day. Restaurant options within walking distance. Very enjoyable stay. Apartment was beautiful and I would definitely book again!

Great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The property is in a perfect location- only 1 block to the beach and walking distance to a number of great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Great retreat!

The property was recently renovated, and they did a beautiful job. Lots of amenities and a lovely private side yard.

Adorable cottage

We had a wonderful time here. The property was delightful. It was clean with close proximity to the beach. The beach chairs and beach equipment made everything so convenient. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, we will be back!

Sabrina is an amazing hostess. We were just across the street to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach wasn’t as crowded as Clearwater, which was perfect for us. Loved having a full size washer and dryer. Everything was clean. Definitely would recommend.

Clean and welcoming

Very clean and welcoming. Provided lots of great items that you couldn’t bring if you were traveling a distance as we were (bikes, beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.) thank you for making our stay great!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. After the spending the first part of week at an Orlando hotel this intimate residence was a relaxing change of pace for enjoying the beach. Quiet and convenient to the beach, we had everything we needed. At first I didn't think much of the provided beach items but having the wagon, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys allowed us to have a great experience as we couldn't bring anything since we were flying.

Great location

Proximity to beach and restaurants was excellent. My adult daughter and I enjoyed the neighborhood and all that the location had to offer. We really enjoyed the bicycles that were provided as well as all of the beach necessities( umbrella-chairs-wagon-beach towels). The pictures that are provided are a true representation of the property. We would stay there again!

Enjoyable Plum Paradise

We stayed for one week at Plum Paradise, and my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! We were just steps from the beautiful beach and the local restaurants. We especially enjoyed Hurricane Eddies for dinner and drinks which was just a 2 minute walk. This nicely decorated beach cottage had plenty of space for us with a king bed along with an open floor plan with lots of windows to let in lots of light. We love Indian Rocks Beach, and Plum Paradise made our stay very enjoyable!

Great location and Beautiful cute condo

My wife,son,and I had beautiful, relaxing, stay at this wonderful condo. It certainly had all the amenities that you could want or need. Nicely decorated with a lot of charms. We would definitely stay here again or recommend to anyone. The king bed really help our ailing backs. Thank you Sabrina and Bill. Also, the communication was great.

Wonderful

I sent messages prior and arriving to Bill. Fast response and so kind. We had everything we needed for the beach right there. Items had been taken care of well and usable. It was our first time in the area and everything was easy to maneuver and not crazy busy. It was very clean and comfortable in our home away from home!

Home, plus a beach!

Plum Paradise is a perfect rental for a beach-loving couple as it is only a frisbee toss away from an excellent beach. The unit itself is charming, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything one needs, even extras like bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and laundry facilities. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance/short drives. We can recommend Guppy's and Casa Italia and Aqua Prime for great dinners, and don't miss Café de Paris for breakfast/brunch and superb pastries. Clearwater, Tampa and St Pete's are easy drives away if one wants to venture further. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We enjoyed our stay immensely and loved this unique Indian Rocks Beach cottage.

IRB - GETAWAY TRIP

This was perfect for the two of us. We ubered from the airport 20-25 mins depending on traffic. We wanted to drink and eat. We also wanted to sit on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. We did not even have to rent a car because of the trolley (which was clean too). The vacation house was great. Clean, just enough room for the two of us. Property owner was super responsive to messaging. There were beach chairs, coolers, washer and dryer. It had everything we needed. It was not in a crowded resort like area which was perfect but it had so much to choose from. I would stay again in a heartbeat! We loved our time in Florida thanks to this location!

Perfect trip and location

Me and my wife need a few days away. Smaller home in great location to restaurants, shops, and bar on corner of the street. Just a 3 minute walk to beach. Owner’s supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, cooler, towels and wagon to bring everything to beach. House was clean. Good size for a couple or smaller family. We enjoyed our stay, thanks again.

Great stay for small family.

My Mom and I stayed at this location unit A. It was a nice little private area with great seating outside on the covered carport. Utilizing the beach equipment was very useful. My Mom is almost 70 and the the beach umbrellas made her stay on the beach much more enjoyable. The beach is within steps from the unit. The only issue was getting across the street to the beach. There was not pedestrian crossing where the beach access is and it was difficult walking my mother and beach equipment across the street. The speed limit is only 30mph but not everyone abided by the speed limit, most oncoming traffic was not concerned about pedestrians attempting to cross the street.
