Positive returns!

Our return visit to the coach house was even better than our first stay! The bathroom was redone majestically! Easy trips to and from the pool and located close to commerce for a grocery run or a dinner downtown.

Great location, great experience!

The house was very clean, well stocked and neatly organized. Located close to St Petersburg downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. They provided tons of nice touches for our arrival and made sure we had a great experience. If we are in the area next time, we would stay there again, for sure. Thank you Jennifer and Patrick!

Beautiful Old NE St Pete

I had a gut feeling when I saw this listing that it would be right up my alley (as I have always loved this area of St Pete) and I was not wrong ! It was beautiful and Jennifer had all the little details that make a place special including treats and coffee. Our stay was a short one this time but we will definitely stay again when in St Pete.

St Pete dream

We stayed here for the St Pete Indy Car Race. The carriage house was better than outlined in the description, the accommodations were outstanding, the location to downtown was excellent, and the house was in a lovely neighborhood.

Fantastic

The carriage house exceeded our expectations. We were visiting St Pete’s for a few days of relaxation. The property was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we could need and more. The off street parking was very convenient.

My husband and I traveled with our dog to St. Petersburg and stayed for two weeks at the carriage house. It was better than described, starting with communication with Jennifer. All instructions were clear and accurate. We felt welcome. Jennifer picked up a pizza and salad and brought it to us because we arrived much later than we expected. No detail was overlooked to make our stay comfortable. Everything was good quality, nothing was missing, which made our stay more enjoyable.Jennifer includes the little things, like coffee pods that just add enjoyment to your stay - no running out to the store for small items, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent. We had fresh flowers and herbs to enjoy. The courtyard was peaceful and comfortable for us and the dog. St. Petersburg has excellent and varied things to do - from museums to farmers markets to beaches to sitting and watching people in the warm sun. This vacation was top notch.The neighborhood is beautiful and we could walk to the water and pier easily.

Home away from home

This is our second extended stay at Patrick and Jennifer’s Carriage House, and it feels like coming home. From the warm welcome to the soothing sound of the fountain at night, we enjoyed and appreciated the constant kindness and care of our hosts. Thank you Patrick and Jennifer-we will be back.

If you’re looking to experience all that St. Pete has to offer, this is the place! The location is beyond perfect in the beautiful Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, and the property and carriage house are absolutely beautiful, bursting with a luxe charm that makes you feel right at home from the moment you open the door!

I really could not believe how well we were treated by Jennifer and Patrick. From being picked up at the airport to the wine and food included with the carriage house, every aspect of this stay exceeded my expectations. Family in for a Graduation

The Gold Standard

Six weeks of bliss! The carriage house is elegant, comfortable, and ideally located in the Historic NE St. Pete. We appreciated the weekly cleanings, access to the laundry, bike storage, and the beautiful terrace. But what really made this visit special was the kindness and consideration of our hosts, Patrick and Jennifer. From the bottle of wine on arrival to a fabulous dinner on the terrace on departure, Patrick and Jennifer took wonderful care of us. We are looking forward to visiting the Carriage House again.

Perfect!

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. Jennifer and Patrick were very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The amenities for an infant were excellent as well - a crib, baby bath and soaps, infant swing, and even some extra onesies and pacifiers in case we needed them. The water dispenser was great for making warm bottles quickly. Beds were comfy and towels were plentiful. We would 1000% stay here again!

Beyond our expectations

Often when you view a property online you are underwhelmed when you check in. The carriage house was the opposite. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. The furnishings were elegant. The Amenities were the finest available and everything provided was of the highest quality. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the lovely outdoor grill area or the generous workout space below. I Will highly recommend the property.
