Beautiful condo!

We have stayed in a total of 3 different condos in our last four years of staying at Lands End and this was our favorite! The condo was beautiful. The view of the ocean was amazing and the balcony had comfortable furniture to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances as well as the washer and dryer. The bathrooms were beautiful and very clean. The master bedroom was spacious with a separate large vanity and sink area from the toilet and shower. Very comfortable furniture in the living room and soft, thick carpet throughout. There were also several comfortable chairs as well as umbrellas for use on the beach. One of our pool key cards wasn’t working and we had wonderful, attentive communication with the rental company who resolved the issue quickly and followed up with us to make sure that it had been taken care of. The only negative during our stay was the noise from the construction on the roof which was a necessary and temporary inconvenience due to the hurricane last year. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent here again!

Treasure Island Haven

The condo was well kept and comfortable. Very clean and came with starter supplies. Some say it is outdated but i think it had an at home feel to it. And has a lot of charm! Exactly what we needed for our beach stay. Great view of the ocean. Calm and relaxing end of the beach!

Beautiful Beach Trip!

Condo was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the under building parking to keep the car cool. Quick steps out to a beautiful beach used by only residents of the condos. Would definitely stay again! Property mgmt company was very responsive with an issue. The front door lock broke and they had a locksmith out there in a short period of time. Much appreciated!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location!

Million dollar views and only steps away from the beach. Breathtaking sunsets and the sounds of the waves crashing puts us to sleep each night. The condo is well appointed and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Good times at Sunset Beach!

We had a blast at sunset beach as the condo was perfect for my two daughters (6 and 10), wife, and I. The condo complex is at the end of the island away from the congestion of treasure island and was well maintained and well equipped. We enjoyed the views, clear water, shell finding, and low key atmosphere. Only gripes would be the unit is somewhat outdated and there are no seafood markets in the area. Would definitely rent again!

Girls Yearly Trip

The Condo was exactly as advertised. Very nice, very well kept and very clean and roomy. Great views of the gulf. The property was nice and quite and secure. The pool area was very relaxing and the walkway around the entire property was great. Can not wait to return. Would recommend this property to any. Thanks for all the memories we made this year.

First time here. Loved the location and our view from livingroom and master bedroom. Our condo was clean and my husband and I had plenty of room. Only suggestion is that it could be updated. Fantastic condo with amazing views.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed having the two full baths. We treated them as a his and hers. The furniture and bed were very comfortable. We watched the sunset daily from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Views, Great Amenities

Beautiful Views and this condo has a great supply of amenities! The Kingsize master bedroom was all that we used and we enjoyed the bed immensely! Very comfortable! The twin bedroom closet had a great supply of beach chairs and some pool floats that were helpful. The kitchen has enough extras and up-to-date appliances! In my opinion, the condo needs updated decor, especially the flooring and mirrored walls! The Master closet door was not on, and while that had no bearing on us, just a preference that it should have a door. The night light in the master hallway didn't work, so I had to use my cell phone light in the middle of the night bathroom trips! The pool was wonderful and of course the beach too! The Check-in process was fairly easy. We received in the mail a package containing a Rolodex card and a list of complex rules. It needs to be more detailed about the check-in process because we DID not get detailed instructions and had to call to find out the code to get the key. Luckily, the number was on that sheet, and they got back to us within seconds! . You get the sense that the regular condo owners within the complex are not that welcoming. Lastly but pretty important, There need to be TV instructions and a channel lineup for assistance. Master bedroom TV seemed easier because it had the apps on it. These are just some opinions of how to make guests stay a little better. We loved the Condo, the views. We personally didn't like the St. Pete area as much. That's subjective to people though! Too many little bars. But we understand that a lot of people like that kind of scene! Shout out to Tuttorosso pizza! So good! Overall, for us, we would give this a 4 Star. Reviews are subject to people's opinions! Just ours!
