  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Awesome unit, but pool rules were sus.

This unit is amazing in terms of cleanliness and decor. Loved it! Only thing I would recommend is bringing an eye mask for sleeping in the primary unit. The shades over the windows are NOT dark at all. But, additional plusses are lots of beach equipment, a coffee pot AND a Keurig, washer & dryer, and keypad locks. My *only* complaint about the property is the pool. It would appear on really high traffic weeks like spring break, they have pool monitors who ensure that no fun is had, except in your chairs. Can't even drink WATER in a Stanley or Yeti cup in or on the edge of or near the pool or hot tub. Can't throw a ball in the pool unless you're two feet from one another. I was told by another guest who was there the prior week that these rules were not being enforced, but they were this week. The folks who can afford to stay here at peak times like Spring Break are at least 30+ year-old parents with kids or couples, and many guests were 60-70+. There is no one here who is shotgunning beers until they throw up in the pool. Can't we all be treated like adults and relax? We stayed in another condo complex in Indian Rocks Beach who had no such constant pool monitor and the whole vibe was relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, had I known I would be this policed at my happy place, I may have selected somewhere else. Yes, it's their pool, their rules, but it's a whole much ado about nothing. So, I would love to stay here again, just not on Spring break "week."

Beautiful Unit

This is the most modern, beautiful unit I have seen at Land's End. The beach is very quiet, many days the ocean was glassy and calm. Plenty of local restaurants around. The unit is spacious and has everything you may need including a crock pot, a blender, a few books, and tic tac toe.

A Treasure

We loved our stay at Lands End. It was perfect for us. The beach was beautiful, not crowded and just yards from our building. We enjoy the board walk around the property. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great also. Would definitely go back.

Absolutely amazing

The property was absolutely amazing and clean. The unit has been updated and is very nice. If you are looking for a friendly family environment this is your choice. The beach was great, if you like to find/look for shells this is the place to go! We will be returning for another family trip soon.

Spring Break

The condo was amazing and had everything we needed for a great week. The condo is updated and the pictures in the listing are exactly what you'll find. Condo has a well stocked kitchen with everything you'll need. The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are updated as well. The location to the beach and pool was great. Excellent ocean views off the balcony. They also have a few beach chairs for you to use. Kids like the tennis courts and shuffleboard. You can get gear at the gatehouse. A short drive to most restaurants and grocery stores. Only a half hour from Downtown St. Pete. Even took in a TB Rays game. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

We had an amazing time at this property. The pictures are 100% spot on and I don't know that I've ever stayed at a property with as many kitchen supplies as they had! It truly was a wonderful vacation and I especially loved the location - a quiet serene spot in what is normally a very busy area of Treasure Island. We did have some difficulties with the lock box - but the Rental company did a fantastic job at accommodating the issue and were quick to resolve it. Thank you to Dawn, Levi and Ron for taking care of us. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to be back myself soon!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

We really enjoyed staying 10/12-10/19. Everything was just as it was in the pictures. I love to cook so the kitchen had pretty much everything. I think the only thing I might would consider adding would be a few wooden spoons. I personally do not use metal utensils on any pots or pans that are non stick so it was a little hard to break apart ground beef with a rubber spatula. Beds were hard for our liking but not something I couldn’t handle for a week. Bathrooms were beautiful, another soap dish in the master bath might be a good idea and maybe a corner shelf in the shower to put your bottles on. We had no issues with placing thing on the hand bar, but I can see that it could be helpful to have a free hand rail for someone that may have a balance issue or just someone older that needs it to get into the shower with. It was easy to get from the condo to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Unfortunately we did get hit with the red tide on our 3 day so we didn’t really go into the gulf water but still enjoyed sitting on the beach as much as we could. Not that it is any fault to the owners of the condo, but the bushes on the other side of the boardwalk were rather high so there was only one spot that you could sit on the balcony and see some of the waves breaking on the sand. I personally enjoy sitting on the balcony in the evening and listening to the crashing waves. We will be back! Thanks so much for sharing you condo with us.

Very nice

This condo unit is very nice. Recently renovated so everything is clean and updated. Kitchen is very well stocked with all we needed (cookware, utensils, glasses, etc.). Really enjoyed the covered parking. Nice view and convenient to the beach. Would stay again.

We found the condo very clean and just as advertised. Thank You so much for allowing us to stay and we will be back! We felt very safe while there as well. The property is well maintained and managed. There are so many items to use in the condo for cooking if you choose as well as linens, towels, etc.

Hands down the best!

I've stayed at several beachfront VRBO's on Treasure Island and this is hands down the best. Quiet location, Incredible sunset views off the balcony, perfect beach access, PREMIUM quality furniture and accessories inside. Awesome heated pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The owners clearly spared no expense designing and decorating this condo. I could go on and on, but take my word for it, grab this place if it's available...
