Great condo and

We really enjoyed our stay—the condo’s location right across from the beach is ideal, and was exactly what we needed for our relaxing getaway. If you’re not a beach person, the pool area is also a nice place to lay and relax.

Spring Break trip

Spring Break 2025 with 2 high school seniors. Probably not the social experience they were hoping for, as we had no car and not much was open within an easy walking distance. The community is clearly still reeling from Milton last fall. It was a very peaceful and relaxing Spring Break for Mom and Dad, however. With the parking lot across the street closed off during our stay, access to the beach wasn’t as easy as we’d hoped, but otherwise it was a great stay. The condo had everything we needed, and was well represented in photos.

November Vacation

Great location

Everything was exactly as promised. Very large and newly updated. We did a lot of searching to find a place that we wouldnt need to rent a car and this place did not disappoint! Easy walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping! The beach is across the street but still a nice view of ocean from living area and bedroom. Highly recommend. We will rent again!!!!

Great location!

Unit was perfect size for a family of 3. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us more privacy. Apart from some road noise due to location on well traveled coastal highway, the condo complex was quiet with respectful tenants. Perfect location to walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Only complaint is the mattresses and pillows are too soft and mushy- a few of us have back problems and really would have appreciated firmer mattresses and pillows—the current ones have a little too much age on them. We had issues with not having enough hot water, but property manager was responsive and sent someone over to correct the issue-after the repair, no problem!

We would like to come back

This is a great location. The man taking care of the facilities works hard keeping the grounds and pool in excellent condition. The condo was clean and very accommodating. The view of the gulf is great, especially on nights when the clouds lift and the sunset is great. We would love to come back.

Family Vacay

The property was very spacious and clean. The condo building is rather old but the condo itself has been updated. It had the public beach entrance and parking across the street which made our walk across very easy for our 4 year old. The beds were comfortable and the condo had great water pressure which is a huge plus for us! I brought a sound machine due to previous reviews of loud street noise at night and it was a lifesaver. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys which was great! Overall, we enjoyed the condo and Madeira Beach a lot!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While the building is older, the unit was updated, decorated beautifully and the kitchen was incredibly stocked. We only encountered one minor issue and upon contacting the property management, they responded quickly, friendly and professionally. The best part of it all was the location. You could walk to everything!

Nice condo, noisy balcony.

Condo was updated and pictures shown were accurate. Knew the location was on a busy street, but it was so loud on the patio, it was hard to communicate with each other out there. Got a nasty note from the resident property overseer about leaving some chairs outside our door for no more than a half hour. We dropped them there on our way in to the condo only because as we got caught in a thunderstorm/downpour out on the beach and had to make a beeline back to the condo. Everything was sandy and soaking wet. We left them out there while we got dried off and warmed up and was trying to be thoughtful by not bringing all that water and sand into the condo with the chairs. We had full intention of bringing them in after we could get them cleaned up. We were told it was the second warning, which it was not. It was only the first and the note said if it happened one more time, they were going to fine the owner. In all our years of renting we have never received such a nasty note.

Wonderful beach vacation

The condo is just like the pictures. It was spacious and clean. Directly across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean from your balcony due to no building directly across from you. Easy 1 minute walk just across the street which has a crosswalk to use which made it simple for my husband and I with a 4 year old. Loved that there were chairs and beach umbrella to use. Only draw back is street noise but that wouldn’t stop me from coming back. Had a wonderful time

Excellent Location

Beach directly across the street with a crosswalk stop right front makes it simple and easy to flow back and for from beach to condo for snacks, restroom breaks, etc. Also bus stop right out front for people interested in using the suncoast trolley which travels from Clearwater to St. Pete all day long. Super convenient.

Incredible Ocean View

The property has an exceptional view of the ocean. The condo is very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. Carrie and the folks at the Property Management company were very responsive and pleasant to work with.
