The location was perfect for a short relaxing beach getaway for me and my husband. The quiet beach and view was amazing! The condo was cozy and comfortable and had what we needed during our stay. We had a couple small issues when we got there but the host was quick to respond and take care of it so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Great location, quiet beach

We've stayed at these units before. This particular unitfelt smaller than others. The ice maker advertised was out of order and I doubt it has worked since the last hurricane.The floors were dirty to the point that we had to wash our feet before getting into bed. We love the location, although all the extra fees involved makes it less attractive to return.

Belleair beach beauty

We were very satisfied with the unit, the beach and the water. Had a little trouble locking the front door a couple of times but were able to do so the next time. We didnt find a lot to do, in the area but enjoyed discovering Duneden. alovely timeoverall.

Camp Week

My daughter and I were in the Clearwater area for the week so she could attend the Advanced Marine Biology Camp at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. This condo was the perfect home away from home for the two of us for the week. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was close to Clearwater Beach, but away from all the traffic and crowds. The kitchen space is pretty limited, but we knew that when we rented the condo and we made it work. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and the sunsets every night were beautiful!

Ocean Bliss

We are Tampa Bay locals who have stayed at several Island Way Rental Properties at the Belleair Beach Club since 2017. We keep coming back because Joanna and team are phenomenal hosts! This specific unit was updated beautifully. As always, the unit was very clean, and included above and beyond items to make the stay convenient and cozy. No need to go out. It's truly your home away from home with the added benefit of relaxing views of the Gulf of Mexico and amazing Sunsets from your private balcony! Island Way Rentals at Belleair Beach Club is our go too spot and we look forward to our next BLISSFUL getaway!

I've never understood why a property as nice as yours would stock it with super cheap toilet paper and paper towels? How much money could that possibly save? We loved the condo and had a great time - would definitely come back sometime.

Beachfront bliss on the Gulf

Wonderful condo with heated pool ,balcony, kitchen complete update even the silverware brand new. Quiet part of sand key minutes to mainland stores,strip mall with 5 restaurants, 15 to Clearwater hr to St Pete. Were able to do day trips to excellent rail trail ,Caledisi island and Fort Desoto. Dog friendly with hard working maintenance man on site busy every day. Ac and ceiling fans keep it cool 2 tvs with samsung plus,netflix,amazon And fast wifi. This spot is a winner down the street from Indian shores restaurants and kayak/ boat rentals.Residential area safe and quiet.Mgmt co communication was great. Only 2 items we missed were onsite bike rental and oven but had 2 stovetops and microwave.

Absolutely a 5 star experience.

From the very first initial conversations with Lance and Joanna, through the booking process, to check out, it couldn’t have been easier. Upon arrival, opening the door and seeing this beautiful condo in person, was sheer delight. It was exactly as pictured. How refreshing to have your expectations met. Everything you needed was there and more. The view was incredible. Dolphins and sunsets and long walks on the beach. If you are thinking of booking this little piece of heaven, you won’t be disappointed. Do it! Thank you Lance and Joanna for sharing your property with us.

The perfect beach stay!

We Loved our stay! The condo is literally on the beach and the view from the patio is stunning especially at sunset. This is a very nice area with a long stretch of beautiful beach. Everything was clean we were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! The hosts were so helpful when our flights coming and going got canceled and rebooked. Great response time! 10/10 We highly recommend!

Easy living combined with adventure

This place worked perfect for us. It has a beautiful window that over looks the gulf which my wife loved. She is more into staying close to home, and having a giant window to view the scenery worked perfect for her. I am more into adventures and the location was perfect for short trips to everywhere you want to go and explore. The beach access is awesome and the community was very nice. We brought our two Pomeranians and the neighborhood offered beautiful views while walking the dogs. We will definitely book again. The hosts are amazing and very responsive. Russ, the maintenance guy, is always around working on something and ready to help with anything you need at the drop of a hat, He always did it with a smile and made you feel comfortable with asking for help. In short, just an amazing place.

Excellent Stay

We have been coming to the Beach Club for many years multiple times a year. We have always enjoyed it but much less since it no longer runs as a hotel. However, this time we felt so welcome with Joanna and Island Way Rental Properties.
