Our host was terrific helping us with the TV after hours. Very informative during the reservation process and just generally making everything pleasant. The condo was wonderful with everything we needed for our stay. Huge bonus being steps away from the Copperhead course. If we come back to Innisbrook I'll call Brian first.

Disappointing comfort and linens

The size of the unit was very spacious and bright colors. The location was great. All beds and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. Affected our sleep extremely. There was a blood stain on master bed sheet. Towels were horrible. Overall disappointed in unit due to these issues. Would be beneficial to upgrade all those as the unit itself is very nice.

Best stay ever.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary. And it was amazing! The location of the condo was breathtaking. On the golf course just a walk away from the finest dining you will ever experience. It so beautiful I really was hesitant to share the location. But if you go please leave it the way you find it. I would pay twice the price to book to it again.

Awesome accommodations on a lovely property

Innisbrook is an incredible result with beautiful views, excellent greenery and lots of walkable areas. Brian and his team have an excellent unit on their hands here. Check-in was a breeze, Brian was responsive to our questions, and the unit itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while attending spring training baseball games in the area, and found the people to be friendly, the parking ample, and the building well maintained. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Golf Getaway

Great condo next door to Copperhead Clubhouse. Only the TV in the living room can get LIVE channels. The other one in a bedroom is ROKU which does not have live TV channels, only streaming. Shower in master bath did not have strong water pressure. Otherwise, very clean and modern with all you need and property manager was excellent with communications and responses.

This property met our needs well. Clean and convenient. Next door to the Copperhead clubhouse. Could use updated bedding in guest room and carpet but nice enough for a short. Also if there was an option to get an amenity card to use the pool it would be a plus.

Spacious Innisbrook Vacation Getaway

Ideal for a family getaway or a golf weekend at Innisbrook, this unit is steps away from two clubhouses and a short walk to the Lochness pool. This two bedroom unit is much roomier than others we have visited at Innisbrook. Well maintained and clean, we will definitely return!

I had my family come down to enjoy the area. It was a very clean and very accommodating. Had all the comforts you need to enjoy the property. It was close to everything on the property which was really nice.

Definitely not worth the nightly rate

As we arrived at the property, our checkin was far from smooth. We had to go to three different places to figure out where the apartment was and how we checked in and no one knew what we needed to do and the staff was very rude. I contacted the owner asking for the house number and instead of simply texting back the house number he rudely said look in your contract. We find the house and enter, the first thing you smell is paint. We were touring the home, there were 1 bath towel per bathroom, and our guest count was 4 people. There were one role of used toilet paper role, and the description mentions that they provide towels and a new role of toilet paper. The master bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the walls. Wifi was extremely slow and the tv kept turning off on its own. I travel a lot to florida and have stayed at many resorts before and this one by far was not worth the nightly rate at all. You can not use the amenities such as the pool and tennis court unless you are a member, so read the finely printed all the way to the bottom of the description. If you are looking for something more family friendly and more vacation like, I would look elsewhere.

Exceeded our expectations

Amazing. Peaceful, well appointed kitchen, lots of space, fabulous wrap around balcony. Everything clean and fresh, lovely linens on beds with plenty of pillows. Quiet, not a sound from other units. Within walking distance to on-site restaurants and nature preserve, and well situated for trips into town. Brian was a perfect host, concerned but not hovering. Loved every minute of our stay. AND top of the line cookware to make meals in-house a pleasure if you don't want to eat out. Every detail ensured comfort in this condo. A relaxing, totally enjoyable experience!
