We loved our stay at this cottage. It was clean, the communication with the owner was top notch and the location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 a block), and we walked everywhere else the whole week that we were there. The only time we took an Uber was getting dropped off and picked up from the airport. The restaurant literally next door (Reefers) had amamzing food, we ate there a couple of times. We were impressed with how clean the cottage was, and loved the cute shutters on the windows. The wildlife was abundant but we personally enjoyed the cute little lizzards and giant pelicans in the area. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a couple and we'll be back to stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay in Clearwater. The cottage was perfect for two and great walk to the beach as well as downtown. Great food everywhere we turned! We will be back!

Loved the location on North beach. In walking distance to everything. We didn’t have a car so parking wasn’t a issue for us. The property is small but would be fine for shorter stays. It is the back rental of the property so no view. Short walk to the beach. Only con was the 2 beach chairs they provided need to be replaced.

A quick "cool" stay in Clearwater Beach

We had a great short stay in Clearwater Beach. The unit is as described, just note the front porch in the photo is not for this unit's use. Consider this a well appointed efficiency apartment, missing only an oven. Julian was very responsive to our questions... we texted and received almost immediate responses. Great for a couple retreat.

Love Clearwater Beach

Great location! Walking distance to everything. We had a ride service to and from the airport and that was the only time we were in a vehicle. Beach Time Rentals was very responsive to any needs or issues we had. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

Parking issues

If you are driving a vehicle dont rent this unit. Property has 2 units but only 1 parking space. 3.50 an hr or be towed. Unit nice, clean and beach right there but parking a nightmare. Heed the other comments never dreamed the parking was that bad.

Our Anniversary Getaway

Stayed 4 nights at the cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Our goal was a lot of beach time, relaxing atmosphere, and good eats. Island Vibes Cottage was the perfect location to beach all morning, lunch at high quality restaurants steps from our beach chairs, beach all afternoon and choose from multiple dining options and shopping evenings. We never got in the car. Staff made themselves available and checked in by texts often which was appreciated. What was even better was fact we had all we needed in the cottage. It was clean and comfortable and we needed nothing more. My opinion is the cottage is perfect for couples (probably small for more than two). We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Island Vibes Cottage and staff!

DO NOT RENT

Trash cans full from bar next door upon arrival. Trash only goes out Thursday. Bar and patrons take all parking in front of unit. Road parking overnight crazy expensive. Management company rude and zero refunds. Totally mislead on this rental.

Amazing location.

Great location. A few minute walk to Frenchy’s and beautiful beach water. One minute walk to 24 hrs local convenience store. I will most definitely recommend this spot to family and friends back home.

Kendall st (rear beach cottage)

The location was great because it was so close to the beach. I would give a B- for inside cleanliness. If these two features are your interest, it might work. Beach Time Rental agents were very attentive. Again, I think maybe it could be a decent spot for an individual stay. However, there were some downside features. The entire apartment was much smaller than the actual pictures. The bedroom and bathroom were tight and uncomfortable. I believe the bathroom would not be accommodating for anyone over 5’9”. Water pressure was poor. Parking was ridiculously bad. Only one spot for two potential tenants and if you are going to drive anywhere, you risk losing the single parking spot and at that point you pay for parking in all open public spots. I would give a D- for outside cleanliness. There is a bar next door and you share trash and recycle cans.
