We have stayed at the Chambre before and have always been impressed with the location and size of the building. This condo was fine, in need of a few upgrades for what we paid. The outdoor furniture was dated and uncomfortable. The kitchen was tight. Overall, it was okay for the value. We probably won't stay her again

The location of the condo as well as the size and the view are perfect. And having the parking spot location in the garage was nice. It had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay and my husband loved having access to a grill. So for those reasons it was great. However, the cleanliness of the condo was not. Thankfully, we travel with Lysol because I had to clean urine and feces off the toilet seat in the hallway bathroom, there was burnt on food on the racks and in the bottom of the oven. There were bread crumbs all over the top of the toaster. The inside of the coffee machine had coffee grounds all over it when you opened the lid and the inside water container looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a really long time. The couch and ottoman have stains and what appears to be dried food splashes in some areas. The floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking on them the first day so we had to wear our house shoes the entire time of our stay. The front bedroom's bed is very uncomfortable. And there needs to be blackout curtains because the lights from the outside are so bright at night that it completely illuminates the room. There is no way I can give this condo a five star review. Even given the positive things, I wouldn't choose to stay in the condo again because of how unclean it was when we arrived. It makes me wonder if any of it was actually cleaned or if someone just came in made the beds and put some towels out in a nice design.

Pretty good overall. Location is amazing with John's Pass 2 short blocks away, plenty to do without having to drive much. Suite was good, plenty of room, big beds and couch, decor good. Normal issues of drains slow (from sand), beds very firm ( a little too firm for me), and overall normal wear and tear you would expect from a condo. I wish there was one good chair and umbrella in the closet and bigger better beach towels, but overall, can't complain much, we had a great time.

LOVED!

We had such a perfect week staying here! Property was exactly as described, but words can’t do justice for that view when you first enter the room and see the Gulf out those balcony doors. Super easy to communicate with the host as well. There is nothing we would change about this trip and look forward to visiting again next year! Thank you!!

The place was great and just like the pictures. The host was very responsive and nice. Unfortunately, this area was hit hard by the hurricanes last year and still going through repair. We booked this place one month before our trip date due to a previous place cancelling because the pool was closed and elevator was down. We were told there was a chance the pool could be open and elevators should work so we booked! A little over a week before we were notified the repairs were not completed and neither pool or elevator would be available. Definitely a disappointment with this located on the 3rd floor for people who have trouble with stairs! All in all, the host was able to resolve the issue and we did love the stay and got some good exercise from it. Some hurricane damage like large exposed hole in cabinet by stove and some areas could be cleaned better in the condo.The views and easy beach access made up for it!

Not for 60. Terrible spare bed. No pool or hot tub do to hurricanes 5mo. Ago. Most Other condos on Gulf blvd. Had pools running. Very dirty beach leading out to the larger beach, surly could have been raked by now. Bad furniture for 4 adults. Only 3 beach chairs.

Excellent Unit and Condo

Everything was wonderful! Communication was quick and easy. The things provided in the room for our stay from linens to beach necessities was outstanding! It was a nice and quiet place where we even had the pool to ourselves most the time. My daughter is 2 1/2 and she loved every minute of it! She was swimming like a fish! Very close to great restaurants and shopping. We definitely would love to stay again sometime and highly recommend.

The property location was perfect. I’ve frequented this area several times over the years and it’s always been a favorite. The views are lovely from the living room & master bedroom. My only negative is the 2nd bedroom mattress was not comfortable to my daughter and she choose to sleep on the massive couch instead. Thank you for sharing your place with us 😊

Great place for a beach vacation

We had an awesome time staying here with family. The condo was perfect for us. The best part of the condo is that it is literally steps from the beach. It also has a huge balcony on which we spent a lot of time; relaxing, laughing, reading, people watching on the beach, and watching the gorgeous sunset. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owners were responsive and checked on us several times to make sure things were going well.

Nice place, very roomy and close to everything

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, had all the extras we needed including beach chairs and cooler. Kitchen was fully stocked. The view was amazing. We will be back.

Perfect vacation

Overall wonderful stay, great location and nice quiet building. Our rental had a few minor repairs that it needed, but nothing that majorly impacted our visit. The staff was friendly. The property itself was very clean and tidy. The beach view was worth it!!

Great balcony with an amazing view!

Corresponding with the management (iTrip vacation rentals) was very easy and they responded promptly. We loved the balcony and the location of the condo. It was a short walk to John’s Pass. We took advantage of the free dvds and the streaming tv’s. The couch has seen better days. The condo was clean and we throughly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely use ITrip Vacation Rentals again.

Mad beach condo

Would stay again, typical rental condo, with great location. Can walk to John’s pass, and right on the beach. Property manager was good to deal with when we arrived and the toilet was clogged, they gave it prompt and professional attention.

Great place to stay!

Overall the Chambre was a great place. Lots to do in the area. John’s Pass close by. Restaurants nearby. Great balcony overlooking the ocean. Pool and spa were great! Beware that there is no beach service in front of the condo so we had to purchase items for our time at the beach but we made do and it didn’t take away from our enjoyment. The condo itself was good. Couch needs to be replaced and the dryer only dries after 3 cycles. We really enjoyed our week at the Chambre!

We have a hard time finding condo's with 2 King Beds and this fit our needs perfectly. We had a great time. Wonderful location and we enjoyed watching the dolphins from the patio.
