Great home. Clean and comfortable. Home had everything that is needed and a half block from the Tarpon Springs Historic District. Host was very responsive and checked in to make certain all was good with our stay. A very enjoyable getaway!

We had a great visit in Tarpon and really enjoyed the unit. It was well stocked and in a great location to walk to downtown Tarpon, Sponge Docks, or Craig’s Park. Easy drive or bike to Fred Howard park and very close to the Pinellas Trail. Beds were comfortable and the property manager was great.

The home was adorable and the host was great! It was clean, with super comfy beds, and located close enough to walk to most things. They stocked the house with a little bit of everything so all you need to do bring is yourself. It was a little confusing to figure out parking at night. But otherwise it’s located in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. I would definitely like to come back! We went to Howard beach, Sunset island and honeymoon beach. Thanks!

Beautiful rental

Our visit to Tarpon Springs was great thanks to this gem. Just as advertised the space was well kept, had games, toys, utensils for kids and even a pack and play if needed. Nina the owner was very attentive and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The only recommendation would be to have the floors mopped as we noticed our kids feet were dirty from walking barefoot in the home. Overall the place was very clean

Exceeded Expectations! We’ll Be Back!

This home exceeded my expectations! It was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located! It was just 5 minutes to the beach and a short walk to the sponge docks. Nina was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

Family Friendly

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was nicely decorated and clean. Extra touches included coffee pods and creamers, toys for kids to play with and toiletries in case you forgot to bring shampoo. It was a great location too- sponge docks and beaches about 10 minutes away. We would definitely come back!

Overall not bad

When we first got to the property, we had a difficult time trying to figure out where to park. Upon entry to the home we found the couch broken which we promptly Jimmy rigged with a few books. There are no ceiling fans, so if you sleep hot, bring your own fan.

Weekend getaway

My friend and I stayed in this lovely home. It is in a great location for all the sights of tarpon springs. The house was very nice and clean, the management was very nice and helpful with all of our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Just as described!

Modern, conveniently located property near downtown Tarpon Springs. Had everything we needed for our stay. Being able to bring our dog was a great bonus. Property manager was very helpful and always responded quickly to any question or request. Would certainly stay here again.

In between houses

We stayed here for about 6 weeks while in between selling and buying a house. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had mostly everything we needed. We enjoyed the closeness to downtown Tarpon Springs, and the 5 minute drive to watch the sunset. We would recommend this place to anyone thinking about renting it.
