Great location. It is about 30 seconds walk to the beach. Lovely place, clean and well equipped. The only downside was the screened-in porch, which was missing a door and had big holes in the screens. Hopefully they are planning to repair them. Otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.

The only reason I’m giving it a 4 stars on the property is because the screened in porch could use some TLC the screen is ripped in a lot of places and the floor need to be cleaned on the porch under the chairs. Also they need to put a door on the porch to keep mosquitoes out. Also the stairs are very narrow and steep. The lighting for the stairs doesn’t stay on long enough when turned on and going up at night there isn’t any light. The inside of the place is very nice and clean and beds are very comfortable.

Indian Rocks Beach a terrific location to spend a holiday in Florida

Very nice property; very clean and very well-equipped in every way. Beach was a 200 yard walk; could see Coco's from our porch. We did not use the pool but it seemed very nice, and was serviced regularly. We were granted an additional night (at cost) which was very convenient for our family. Three things I would suggest: the steps to the unit are narrow and canted downward in several placed; several sharp and rusty edges on the steps and in the porch area; and the porch was not accurately reflected in the pics on the VRBO site, dated and well-worn furniture which exposed to the elements (faces the Gulf) have been affected by the weather. Aside from that, a great location and nice place inside. Payment in full was required sixty days in advance; Would have liked to have had check in information further than four days in advance of our arrival. Communication by VRBO message exchange was spotty and not user-friendly.

Anniversary Vacation

We were hesitant to stray away from the typical hotel experience for our vacation but we were more than pleasantly surprised by our vrbo experience. We had the location to ourselves, no dealing with loud music, noisy children, people's pets, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location or property overall. The pictures posted on the listing are accurate; there's a couple of minor maintenance issues that could use some TLC but overall the property is well maintained and very clean! We're already looking at dates for next year's anniversary celebration and would love to return!

Lucky find!

We had never vacationed in Florida before. We found this condo on-line and booked. The location was great. Close to the beach. A block off of Gulf Blvd so easy access to restaurants. Condo updated. Great stay! Just one suggestion…add a railing to the stairs!

Squeaky old bed

We enjoyed our stay for the most part but the bed in the smaller bedroom squeaks every time you move. It sounds like old box springs. Also there should be extra blankets for cool nights especially since the highest temp you can set is 68 degrees.

The condo was clean and well stocked for cooking. The pool was warm but refreshing after being in the ocean. We really enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings.

Nice but old

This is an old apartment building that has been somewhat renovated. Location is great but property is lacking. The interior is clean with newer furnishings but almost every door was broken. Low ceilings with stains. Sliding Glass door shades were broken. Refrigerator was old. Screened porch is ratty, door broken, and needs renovations. The exterior of the building looks rough and stairs going up to unit are narrow and steep. Pool was clean but surrounded by a chain link fence- yuck. We had to straighten up all pool furniture and clean up the front yard which was full of debris. We won’t return here. Sorry.

Good all around experience

The unit was clean and modern. Lots of space. Great screened-in porch. Didn't think we'd need the pool but during a really windy day the beach wasn't that enjoyable and the pool was the perfect backup. Beach is just a block away and it was great to have chairs and towels provided (although the umbrella looked pretty sketchy when there were large wind gusts so we decided not to chance it). Managers were responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect property

Amazing property. Location was spot on. Everything we needed was available at the house including beach chairs coolers towels everything for the beach. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking there’s also a grill Which was nice to have. Highly recommend this property. We’re definitely gonna go back.
