Enjoy amazing sunrises each morning on your private balcony and shaded afternoons on your East facing balcony with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a King bed, solid floors, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV and ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a step-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen and Double bed, ceiling fan, Roku smart TV, solid floor and storage built-in closet. The Holiday Villas II condo complex offers a secure elevator and a large heated swimming pool. The pool area has a renovated bathroom and a shower/rinse station. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. There are two charcoal grills and a gas grill for your use as well. The sugary sand beaches of Indian Shores are well maintained and depending on the time of year you may see a sea turtle nest or Skimmer bird colony. The quaint town of Indian Shores offers shops, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and a seabird sanctuary.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
