This property was exactly as described. Clean, neat and had the amenities we sought for our overnight stay. Reasonably priced for the area; close enough to the beach and other area attractions. Great communication from the owner! Would definitely stay there again.

Host was very welcoming & communicative. Place was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for a couple nights. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood close to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. A 15 min drive from the beach and 30 min drive from Tampa. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Very cute place. Was perfect for our girls getaway of 3. 4 people would be a little crowded unless you’re very close to all of the people staying. A stove/oven would be nice but we did not need it and it did not affect our stay. The others with me did not like the toilet paper issue and but that did not affect our stay. Overall would stay again. Was responsive quickly with messages and the place was clean enough.

We informed the host we were celebrating my birthday and engagement party and it was a special weekend. We were scheduled to arrive on Thursday afternoon which was New Years Day and leave the following Sunday. Due to the conditions we left on around 6am Friday morning. Upon arrival the trash was overflowing outside. The toilet is not a regular toilet, its a vaccum flush toilet like you would see on the cruise ship. You are not able to flush tissue in the toilet which is a major turn off along with the toilet seat needing a change because it was very yellow and dingy.The bathroom is really tiny with the sink taking up most of the space. Water splatters everywhere when turning on the faucet in the sink and there's no counter space to put anything. The sink takes up the entire space. It was very obvious that guests stayed in there right before us. The shower floor did not feel clean, it was sticky to the point we felt the need for shower shoes. There were coffee beans left from previous guests and despite following the many instructions for the stove, we were not able to get it to turn on. The bed was very soft and sinking in the middle and upon waking at night to use the bathroom, there is a very bright light that comes on under the bed that makes it almost impossible to go back to sleep. The bed is super close to the wall. It was a very uncomfortable and totally gave us the ick. The owner was very responsive and she was advised that an honest review would be left.

Quiet, close to general shopping and restaurants. Easy road access. Nice and clean. Private yard. Two suggestions: the under-bed sensor night light could use a dimmer switch or wall switch. We did fine with the WIFI TV, but the uninitiated could use a simple printed sheet on its use.In summary, it fit our location needs well and we are glad we stayed here.

Excellent place for two

Overall an excellent place to stay , nice quiet place if you plan to be out and about most of the time. All automated and higher end features were nice. I will say that the signage posted in the bathroom should be in the description of the property. I did not have any issues as I was out a lot but some people would.

This is a beautiful,private apartment.. The apartment also had a beautiful sitting area outside and a washer and dryer. The hosts were very pleasant to talk to and this located in a great neighborhood

Place was extremely beautiful and super clean. Giant TV with Netflix access. Beautiful modern bathroom and kitchen. Beaches are near by and there is even a washer and dryer for you to use, which we did use after going to the beach. The place even had a set of beach chairs, big umbrella, cooler and some kids toys if you would like to borrow. If wanted. A+++++
