Overall our family of 6 with 4 young children really enjoyed our stay. We had never been to Indian Rocks Beach and found this location to be perfect. The price was a bit high, but it was spring break week so somewhat expected (off weeks looked reasonable!). We loved the Water park on site, great view of the marina area (we saw dolphins, flamingos, etc), and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was extremely helpful to have the beach wagon, sand toys, chairs, etc as well. We found the condo looked just like the pictures and was clean. Some suggestions that would have made it a 10/10 for us (some I shared at checkout): the washer needed a good cleaning as a front load that smelled, the vacuum also smelled bad when used, and the dishwasher was pretty useless. The only other things I would add are the beach umbrella desperately needed to be replaced (rusty, sharp edges), blackout curtains would be an amazing add as the hall light shined through one of the rooms brightly, and one of the mattresses sank so bad to the middle we could only put one person in it. Those things certainly didn’t overshadow our great stay at all, but could be addressed fairly easily!

Room view and overall condition**: The room offered a great view of the boats and was clean.Bed quality**: One bed has a right-side edge drop-off feel when lying on it, which can be uncomfortable or potentially unsafe for some guests.Group travel considerations**: If traveling with a group of ladies, an extra mirror would be helpful, especially when both bathrooms are in use and others are waiting to get ready.Pool/Waterpark experience and policies**: The pool/waterpark is popular with kids, but staff seems to struggle enforcing policies and procedures, which affected the overall experience.Safety and ambiance**: There was noticeable vaping and smoking in and around the area, contributing to an environment that didn’t feel as comfortable as expected.Noise levels**: Late-night and early-morning noise (hallways 2–3am) with loud parties kept some guests awake during weekend hours.What was good**: The property matched the online photos, and the room was otherwise clean and well-presented.Bottom line: The location has strong positives (great boat view, clean room, as advertised) but several drawbacks impacted comfort and stay quality, including bed ergonomics, limited mirrors for group getting-ready routines, policy enforcement at the pool, vaping/smoking presence, and late-night noise.

Very very clean, Beautiful, perfect location. Exactly how it is pictured. Only down fall we had was we had 6 in our group and in order to go to the pool you HAVE to have a pass if it’s between 10AM to 6PM - this rental property had 2 cards that gets you 4 bands. Which would have had us pay for 2 bands each day we went to the pool.

Not fresh towels and sheets, will never stay again

This property is very far from hotel grade. Bed sheets and towels were brownish color, so you can’t see how dirty they are. Also, they didn’t seem fresh, so we had to sleep with clothes on. Terrible mattresses and pillows.Nice water park though!

We had an amazing stay at Harbourside. The pool and slides were so much fun. The location was great! Plenty of places to walk to for food, groceries and drinks. We will be back for sure!

Great location

Great location, close to restaurants and beach. Closet with sand toys, wagon and chairs was completely filled with sand upon arrival. One of the chairs was broken and pretty rusty.Washing machine was filled with mold on inner lining and smelled disgusting: entire unit smelled stuffy and moldy. When using the sink, it smelled like an ash tray and completely disgusting.I would not stay in this unit again. Was pretty disappointed for the money spent there.

Great Place!

Great condo with plenty of room and beds. Lovely balcony overlooking intercoastal. Beach literally 3 minute walk. Condo has everything needed, is super clean and we all loved it. 2 bedroom and bathrooms really great so kids could retreat to their own space for a bit. Easy communication with property mgmt. would 100% stay again.

Fantastic condo!

Location was perfect to watch the boats and lots of sun. Easy walk to wonderful restaurants and the beach. Property management company is fast to respond to a small question. I would absolutely stay here again!

Home away from home!

Very nice. Convenient and easy to get to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Would recommend putting room darkening curtains over the blinds in the bedrooms as the entrance hallways are very bright along with the patio lights when someone is out there in the evenings. We would definitely come back! Thank you

Overall Nice

Beautiful Property! Some minor issues that some may not like. Only a partial roll of toilet paper provided in each bathroom. Same with paper towels. Did not know until an hour before check in. Key box is tricky, garbage key did not work. Different check out instructions in 3 emails.

Great Place!

This place was fantastic! We loved the location and the waterpark. The nightlife was just our speed, with poolside bar and Jimmy Guanas. The unit was very nice and the view was fantastic!! Couple of things- the coffee pot did not work. We found an extra above the fridge. The master bedroom does not have a ceiling fan and it was hot and stuffy in there. Even after lowering the thermostat, it was uncomfortably warm. The other bedroom could use some black out curtains, as the hallway light is super bright. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cart. We will be back!

Relaxing Getaway

The location is fantastic with the beach just a few short blocks away and the water park on site. Indian Rocks Beach is a nice quiet area. Will be dreaming of the lazy river for a long time! Great view from the deck and overall a clean property, with regular maintenance staff. Cute, comfortable condo with plenty of space. The owner was responsive and we appreciated the beach towels. A few minor details could be improved, but we had what we needed to enjoy our vacation. Would stay again!
