Beautiful gulf front view, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the new doors and appliances. Very glad to have access to bathrooms by the pool. Parking options were ideal, lobby was secure. Would recommend the condo to others, it was a pleasant stay.

This property is perfect. The location of the unit, being a true gulf front property, with a pool and right on the beach is second to none. The decor is nice but could use some updating. Everything was clean and in proper working condition. Just wish the check in process was handled without having to go to another property.

Perfection

Condo was spotless on arrival. Everything we needed was available to meet our needs. Furniture was comfortable and very nice! And the view, stunning! Highly recommend this location! We visit this area every year and we will stay here again! Just a lovely place to go to relax and enjoy the best of Indian Rocks.

Great location with tons of beach supplies in the unit.

Overall it was a great vacation with my family. The condo is nice but there are a few things that were annoying. The master bedroom furniture is cheap. The drawers are crazy on the dresser and the bed is on wheels so if you slightly lean on it it moves. Both toilets were either running constantly or hard to flush. I will say that the management company was on it and fixed it as soon as we let them know. There were a few other quirks that my husband and I noticed because we are in the construction industry that most will not. Overall it’s a nice condo.

Great Location

Had a great vacation. Condo and view was fantastic !! Restaurants in walking distance. JC Resorts was great to check in and hot water heater went out. They had it replaced the same day. Definitely stay here again.

Condo was located in a great location! It is basically in the middle of 2 public beach access’s. This meant that there were less people in this stretch than to the left and right of us. Loved the touch of having beach accessories available to use during our stay! My only suggestion would be to have some of the more comfortable chairs. From this unit, we enjoyed a great sunset view every night and the moon gave an awesome experience in the early morning. Also, we saw dolphins many times and we even were in the water twice when a manatee swam past us. Never would have imagined seeing either in such clear/calm water.

Great Stay

Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Unit was clean and well equipped. Owner I provided beach chairs, beach towels and other beach toys. Watched beautiful sunsets over the gulf right from the balcony. This place is paradise.

Everything You Need

We were fortunate to check in early for a much needed rest after a very early flight. The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The one thing I might suggest is to just leave the welcome packet in the condo. Driving to another location to check in and then return the keys was a bit out of our way to/from the airport. With the digital keypad, there was no need for the keys. Otherwise, we had a pleasant experience.

The condo was great but the check in process was not.

The check in process was not great! Once we received our keys we couldn’t get into the property main door. We were never given the door code but thankfully a resident helped us get in. The property was beyond great but maybe streamline the check in process better.

Indian Rock Beach

Check in went well. Able to check in before three. Sun sets was amazing from balcony. Ate at guppy’s across the street and pizza spot to. Both very good. Very quiet, safe and secure spot. Able to ride the trolley down to st Pete’s and up to clear water for 5$ for the day. My only suggestion would be a key drop off at Hamilton house rather then have to go to sandy dollar to drop off keys. Would stay there again.

Hamilton House 304

What an amazing view from the balcony! Access to the beach was very close, only issue here is if you have a wagon it’s not very easy to navigate the stairs. Would be nice if there was a ramp instead and the path was paved. Not at all crowded on the beach and plenty of room so you don’t feel like your on top of one another. Condo was accommodating with everything that was needed. Only issues we had here was it was a little dirty and the Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible. With three young kids this was definitely a problem. TV would freeze up constantly and tablets / phones were unable to connect half the time. Overall we had a pleasant stay. This was our second year in a row and the people here are always friendly and nice. We will be back next year.

Wonderful Place In A Great Location

The condo was as pictured in the listing. High quality furniture and decor. The one thing that stood out was the well equipped kitchen. Good, sharp knives and other utensils along with good quality tableware, glasses and kitchen appliances. The location on the beach is wonderful. The close proximity allows short walks to some very good restaurants and watering holes. Overall A+.

spring break stay

We stayed in mid april 2022. Very nice unit, right on the ocean. Not overly populated with people so if your looking for a nice relaxing vacation right on the ocean than this is the place for you. My wife and I would wake up each morning looking right at the ocean from the king bed and the sunsets were right there in front of you. 3rd floor was nice because you still have a little privacy even with the windows open.

Hamilton House Getaway

Enjoyed our stay. However the unit needs some updating. Kitchen-appliances need replacing ( micro was cracked) and everyday glasses need more than 3 of two types along with cookie sheets, pots w/lids and oven mitts. Bathrooms-need grout cleaned or replaced and pocket door in master bath DID NOT WORK. Also need new pillows and bedspreads in both bedrooms and the washer/dryer left marks on clothes. Also at least 4 beach chairs ( taller ones not sand chairs) would be great. Area is not real busy which was nice, but still plenty of restaurants/ bars you can walk to for nightlife. The building isn’t huge so not noisy neighbors and everyone was friendly. Love Indian Rocks Beach and great day trips to Dunedin ( Hollymoon Island and Caladesi Island) or Anna Maria Island are doable. We will be back!

Amazing Trip

Everything about the stay was wonderful! The views are amazing from the balcony or even inside with the curtains open. The week we were there the beach was never crowded, everyone set up with plenty of space in between. The condo itself was very clean when we arrived. I normally take disinfectant wipes to clean the areas most often missed like remotes or handles or light switches. With everything going on I cleaned all surfaces and the fact that the wipes stayed completely white showed me the whole property had been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. There is a tv in both rooms and the living room, the only one we ever used was the living room. The rooms are both good sizes with plenty of room to unpack. The master bedroom has a dresser and chest, the dresser was big enough that I didn’t need the chest at all, plus there are 2 closets in there as well. One closet has beach items, which I wish I had known bc I wouldn’t have brought my chairs and umbrella with me, but now I know for next time (bc trust me I will definitely be staying here again in the future). The kitchen seemed fully stocked, they even had things you don’t think about until you need it like a wine bottle opener. Although in all honesty I didn’t use much because we ordered dinner every night and had simple breakfast and lunches. There are so many great local restaurants within walking distance and I felt completely safe walking around. The only little snuff we had the whole trip was the AC stopped working correctly. We noticed it after 5 pm because we noticed the AC hadn’t shut off and the temperature got up to 80. There is a number to call after the normal business hours and someone picked right up. I explained what happened, she had me check something on the AC and called the repair company right away. She called me back to let me know they would be there that same evening, then to let me know when she had a better time estimate and again shortly after the tech left to make sure it was working properly. I was truly amazed how easy and quickly the whole thing was resolved, it literally took less then 2 hours from start to end to have the problem fixed and the condo quickly cooling back down. I would recommend anyone to stay here, the 5 star reviews this condo receives are well deserved.
