Great relaxing place

Very nice location, nice beach. Condo is great. Beds are comfortable. Baths are nice and in good condition. Would definitely recommend. Some good restaurants nearby

Very nice condo. The unit was clean, comfortable and great location. We loved the fact that the beach items were in the unit as well as having beach towels there. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beautiful sunsets!Short drive to Clearwater, Indian Shores and many other areas. Would definitely rent again.

Beach therapy

We really enjoyed our visit to Indian Rocks Beach. It has become our favorite getaway. Finding this condo was a blessing! It had everything we needed. The location was great. Close to restaurants, grocery stores. The ocean and beach views were wonderful!. The management staff were professional, knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back! Great Place to "De-Stress"

The location of this property is perfect. On the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance. The property management staff were great and very responsive to everything we needed. The only negative was the lack of a decent grill and an area to grill out and enjoy the evening, although they have the space to do that. It would be an easy fix to really enhance this property.

Family Fun

We loved the property and the location on Gulf Blvd. Everything was very clean and the pool and beach were easily accessible. Short drive to either John’s Pass or Clearwater. Loved it and will bring our family back again.

Nice room

Its a very nice unit. Has tall toliets for handicap which was wonderful. The overall room was nice. This is our 6th visit to this condo. First time in this room The ice maker broke while we were there and poored water everywhere. Had to deal with two repair men. After a 12 hour drive dealing with that was not fun. Phone rang all the time. Took it off the hook. Shower came on in master bathroom for no reason and woke us up at 2am. But overall was good. Probably would stay in this room again.

Relaxing View

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. The condo was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the sunsets from the deck. Very close to some very good restaurants. Only 1 beach chair. A suggestion would be to provide a set so a couple could enjoy sitting on the beach. Very nice kitchen area. No paper towels or dish soap so we needed to purchase our own which wasn’t a huge deal. Would be nice to provide those items. Read later we could have gone to the office to ask for dish soap but that was several miles away in a different building and not convenient. We would stay again. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect relaxation

My husband, my mother, and I spent a week in your beautiful condo. It was so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool in the early afternoons and then late afternoons and sunsets from the porch. Great location with many restaurants nearby.

Perfect location

Can’t think of a single complaint

The property was exactly as described and the staff who help with reservations or concerns while you are there are extremely kind. Loved how low key the area was compared to Clearwater. Trolley/bus stop nearby. Great restaurants in walking distance. Better food than we had in Clearwater beach. Beach was quiet. Pool was perfect. I can’t find one bad thing to say. We will definitely be back. Came with my 3 year old son and my mom. Really appreciated having beach towels, toys, an umbrella and chairs already in condo.
