The private furnished balcony overlooks the white-sand beach and Gulf of Mexico. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this inviting outdoor space offers plenty of seating for morning coffee, relaxing in the coastal breeze, and watching magnificent sunsets over the Gulf.

Inside, the spacious living and dining area features comfortable furnishings, coastal decor, a flat-screen cable television, and sliding glass doors showcasing the Gulf front view. The open layout provides plenty of room for families and friends to gather for meals or unwind after a day on Indian Rocks Beach. The full size kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, along with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials for dining at home. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for an afternoon beside the shore, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen cable television, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes two double beds and a flat-screen cable television. The guest bathroom offers a single sink vanity and shower and tub combination.

Hamilton House 102 includes free WiFi, flat-screen cable televisions in the living room and both bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, a telephone with free local calls within the United States and Canada, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

Hamilton House is a small, intimate beachfront community featuring a heated Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, charcoal grilling area, secure entrance, interior elevator, stairs, pool restrooms, and an outdoor shower. Two assigned parking spaces are provided, one covered space underneath the building and one space in the open lot. A maximum of two parking passes will be issued at check-in.

Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, Hamilton House places guests within walking distance of local restaurants and shops. Clearwater Beach, golf courses, watersports, and the neighboring Gulf Coast communities of Indian Shores, Belleair Beach, and North Redington Beach are also within easy reach.

A seven-night minimum stay is required. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. This is a smoke free and pet free vacation rental. Trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
