Proximity to ocean was amazing! Going out on balcony, also amazing! Could not figure out TV and host came to help us. This was amazing. We had a great stay!

After a long day of traveling, my wife, new born and I arrived at 9pm to a dirty unit that wasn’t turned over from previous guests. We had to sit outside by the pool until nearly 10:30 while it got cleaned. Check in was at 4pm, yet the unit wasn’t ready until 10:30pm. Owner failed to offer any sort of refund for the issue. Location to beach and pool were great. Pool area is very nice. Furniture in the unit seemed very low end. Large deck was great. A/c units turning on and off within a few feet was not so relaxing.

The pool area was very nice and the location to the beach is excellent. The condo was clean however the beds in the second room were very small. Also, the rooftop balcony was not accessible due to being worked on which I understand but was not informed of upon arrival.

We didn’t get our emails the morning of our arrival. When we finally made contact we didn’t get the condo we requested. Condo was in different complex but next door and without a patio. Which was the reason we choose the condo we did. We wanted a patio. They said it was because of construction. But just hard to believe they just found out that day that condo wasn’t available because of construction. The first day at pool. Tenants of the condo bldg we stayed were not friendly. The door lock to the condo was very difficult to operate. Sometimes. It worked. Sometimes you had to try several times.

This was our 4th stay in this unit and first time since Milton. The location can’t be beat with gulf and pool views. Glad to see many places open but sad to see some still have lots of work left. Roger and his team are excellent.

This was our 2nd time staying at this same condo. As always clean and accomadating. Only down fall was on the weekend parking was terrible. People who were visiting the beach took up the parking spots and we had to park away from the building. Overall it was centrally located and we were able to visit Johns Pass and other places. Upham beach was less crowded and the water was so clear. Already planning our next St.Pete vacation at this condo.

The location was exactly what we were looking for. The first floor of this unit is being renovated due to the hurricane. The entry and such were not super clean but we understand why. We weren't in the unit a lot. Mainly to sleep. Beach & bumming around!

Great overall stay

As the title says, this condo was a great overall stay. My friend and I rented this for Wednesday-Sunday for Memorial Day weekend. The location was awesome; right across the street from the beach, close to Tampa anirport, and right down the street from our favorite bar/restaurant, Rick’s Reef. The place was very accurate to the pictures of the listing and the description, and Roger was great to deal with. Very attentive to questions and provided instructions for a seamless check-in process. The only downfall or complaint that I have is that there were no paper towels provided, only one extra garbage bag, and the bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. Other than that I would 10/10 still recommend this unit for nice getaway. Side note: shout out to Linda and Mitch, the retired resident bouncers who were super friendly and provided great company to everyone at the complex who used the pool.

Great location!

First, this is a great location. The walkout patio has a table with chairs and also two lounge chairs (they've seen better days) where you can layout. It was a nice surprise. Second, pay attention to the directions and address. It took me to the complex next door. Also, the address for local deliveries sent them to another street behind me. Overall, would definitely stay here again. Travel for work is perfect.

An ok place to stay

This properties location is ideal for beach lovers. It’s directly located across the beach and this location is in walking distance of many places to eat/stores. First impressions, my boyfriend and I walked into dry wall dust being scattered throughout the first floor. The first floor is under renovation right now and the door to the property being renovated was wide open and there was dry wall dust everywhere. We not only had to walk through the dust but ended up tracking it upstairs to our property we rented. The beds aren’t particularly comfortable, and it looks as if everything was put together cheaply and in a hurry. Overall, it was just an ok place to stay for a couple of days. Unfortunately St. Pete’s is still trying to rebuild after hurricane Milton and some of the literature left for us on where to go while visiting is out of date post hurricane. A lot of the businesses are either starting to rebuild, are gone, or closed

Ok Stay but not great

There was a downstairs unit having construction done and stairway inside smelled musty! The building itself is a little run down but inside the condo was clean, however there were no paper towels at all left and only a single roll of toilet paper. There were 5 of us and there was no extra bedding or spare blanket for my daughter to sleep on the futon so we had to pull the top sheets from the other beds up for her to sleep with. The pool was very clean and heated so perfect temperature. The location to the beach was perfect but the neighborhood seemed run down

Perfect Location

Condo was located right across from Upham beach conveniently near numerous shops, restaurants, etc. Condo was clean and perfect for our trip. Pool area was very nice as well. Would recommend

Great location with pool and a view

Overall this was a very good property. One of the few in the building with an outdoor deck overlooking the pool and ocean. There was some renovation going on post the hurricane but was not disruptive. The reserved parking was nice as the beach area gets busy. Small beachside restaurant just steps from the property and good restaurants also within walking distance (Shells was good).Overall would stay there again.Only issues were with the laundry which is in the property next door. Most of the washers were broke and had been according to a lady that was there for a two month stay. Inside the unit there is some water damage on the ceilings and a weak spot felt in the kitchen floor. Pans were not great but useable. For some reason the recent VRBO stays, including this one, have not had working batteries in all the TV remotes. I always have batteries so not a big deal for me, but may be something hosts should anticipate.Nicely there were some beach chairs and toys available for kids to use.
