You’ll have full access to the entire home, fully equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. The garage features a convenient laundry area with two washers and two dryers, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

Please note: pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed on the property.

Leaving the property with excessive trash, strong odors, or in an unsanitary condition will result in an additional cleaning charge starting at $350.00. Please dispose of all garbage and remove any open food or beverage items from the refrigerator and freezer prior to departure.

Laundry Equipment: The washer and dryer are provided as a convenience. Guests are responsible for using the equipment properly and according to manufacturer guidelines. Overloading the machines, washing prohibited items, or any misuse that results in damage, excessive wear, service calls, repairs, or replacement may result in charges being assessed to the reservation.

If failure to comply with the house rules results in compensation, discounts, or refunds being issued to future guests, you may also be held financially responsible for those associated costs.

Check-Out Time: To allow our cleaning team adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests, check-out is required by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved in advance.

Please be respectful of all house rules throughout your stay. Violations including, but not limited to, excessive noise, unauthorized visitors, improper parking, tampering with security devices, or disturbances to neighbors and the surrounding community may result in penalties of up to $1,000 and/or immediate termination of the reservation.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and full use of the private fenced yard, outdoor dining and lounging areas, and in-ground pool. There is a large driveway with off street parking. An additional two cars may park on the street. Overnight parking is allowed.

Other things to note
The house suite sleeps 10 guests comfortably, there are two twin sized roll away beds, three full sized beds, and one king sized.

We will provide a portable crib as well as a high chair upon your request at time of booking. Please ask in advance and we are happy to provide them.

We thoughtfully provide starter essentials for your stay, including:
• bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths
• Toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels
• trash bags
• Shampoo and basic toiletries
• Beach chairs
• Bottled water

To help keep our nightly rates affordable, we do not supply beach umbrellas. If you anticipate needing additional items beyond the starter essentials, we recommend a quick stop at a nearby store to stock up for your stay.

The pool is heated to remove the chill, but please know- the pool is not a hot tub. We keep the temperature at a comfortable constant level to avoid the chill. It is not 85 degrees, nor should the temperature be higher as it will cause a charge to our guests as it makes the sparkling pool treatment null and void.

Please also note- this is Florida- we have little gecko lizards which hop around. They are harmless.

There are occasional ants and bugs outside, as we live in a warm climate and all of this is to be expected when visiting paradise.
Pest control treats the house every three months in between stays and will spot treat if needed. You should not see any bugs in the home but please let us know if you do so we can remedy immediately. It’s Florida- bugs are quite common everywhere and we do our very best to keep them away.

There is a laundry room at the house including 2 washers and two dryers, along with starter essentials. We use wool dryer balls versus dryer sheets.

Kindly let us know if you will need a high chair, or play yard travel sized bed. We have these available for use.

**There will be an extra charge of $125/week if heating the pool is requested**

Added housekeeping and laundry services are available with as added fee if requested during your stay.
