Disappointing Stay

When we arrived there was a dumpster in our parking space, because they were redoing the roof. We were able to park in our space after moving the car around for 3 days.The ice maker was broken, the floors were filthy, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling.The mattress should all be replaced . Workers started at 7;00 a.m., constantly walking past kitchen windows, looking in. There is nowhere to sit outside, except by pool, which has very limited amount of chairs, that are not loungers.A cleaning person came to redo the floors, and they sent someone to look into the air conditioning unit. The whole unit had to be replaced. Our three week stay was not the most relaxing. When we left they were still working on the roof.

Spring Getaway

Great property. Very short walk to Upham Beach. Also very close to restaurants and a bakery. Nice private pool area. The only minor drawback was we were not told they would be re-roofing the place while we were there. There was a porta-potty and a very large dumpster outside the bedroom window—and right in our assigned parking spot. Called the management agency and they gave us a new spot to park in. Luckily it wasn’t the kind of vacation where we wanted to sleep in because the workers started at 7am every morning of our trip. Other than the unavoidable construction, the place was great.

not the best....

Communication with Host company was awful. As an example the listing told us parking passes would be emailed, they were not. We had to make 4 phones calls before we were able to get a local Host to drop off parking passes. Unit did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Pulled back the blankets to go to bed after very late flight arrival on the first night to find soiled sheets with hair and dirt. Remade the bed with spare sheet set for pull out. Had to make several calls to get clean sheets and enough towels for the 6 people we registered to stay,

Clean. Spacious and quiet

It was a very clean, updated, roomy quiet place to stay. We loved getting great food and very inexpensive from Willys a very short walk away. The only complaint I have is there were only 4 bath towels. It would’ve been nice to have some beach towels and a couple more bath towels. Other than that… it was wonderful!

Great place!

There were no reviews when I was looking at this property so I was a little hesitant, but am so glad that I booked it! It was a great place! The place was very cute and fit the 4 of us perfectly. It is very close to the beach and lots of eating options within walking distance. We had such a great girls trip!

Location/Accommodations

Location of property was great. Close to Beach and many good restaurants. The property was nice but the towels were very cheap and shredded on your skin. Not enough toilet paper in the room for 6 guests. Everything else was great.
