My boyfriend and I loved our time at the LUXE modern Condo! We enjoyed going right across the street everyday for the beach and the sunset as well as having a quiet community to relax at. It was also very convenient to have the sunset trolly right across the street that we could ride to Clearwater or St. Pete. Debra was amazing and made the check in process very easy! I really appreciate her great food recommendation! Would gladly stay again for my next trip to Indian Shores!

The location was great for fishing at a dock area and for relaxing at the beach. This unit was right by the beach access path across the street. The unit was very clean and spacious. We felt very comfortable in the unit and in the Indian Shores area as well.The heated pool was very nice too!

Perfect for a quick get away

Our stay was wonderful. We arrived hours earlier than planned and the room was already ready and they allowed us to go ahead and check in. This was perfect so we could go ahead and get changed and head to the beach. From the condo we were able to see the ocean by looking out one window in particular and looking between a couple buildings. But it was still nice to see. The community pool was nice and the deep end was 8 feet! Our kids loved splashing around playing in the pool after a long day at the beach. I do wish the door locks were electric and used pin codes, but they were old fashioned and we had to make sure to carry the key around with us. And the beds were nice, but my oldest daughter (13) slept on the futon and she said it was hard and uncomfortable. But for a couple nights it still did trick. It was very nice having 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and some beach toys to be able to use also. The chairs were very nice and the wagon was useful to move everything to the beach and back. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo in a great location

We stayed at Debra’s condo for 2 nights. The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need including things for the beach. It was in the perfect location opposite the beach stunning sunsets and 20 mins to Clearwater and 20 mins to St Pete’s beach. Barefoot Beach resort is great too it had a nice quiet communal pool that the kids loved. We will certainly stay here again in the future. Thankyou Debra for allowing us to stay in your condo.

Great Place in Indian Shores

This unit was very clean and comfortable, good furnishings in all rooms and very good location with beach access right across Gulf Blvd. We could see the Gulf from our window. This is the place we'll be (hopefully) be staying when we come back. The resort has a very nice swimming pool as well, resort staff were great handling a minor problem we had, so all in all, a real good place to stay.

Right Across the Street from Beach Access

This place is as described. It is right across the street from the beach access. The beach was great. Room as described. Worked well for a few days with our two teenagers. The code we received for a late check in didn’t work, but we called the number on the door & they were super helpful. They answered right away & we were able to pick our key & get into the condo. Great customer service.

Perfect family getaway

Great location

Great location- beach access is right across from condo. Ocean on one side and pier/bay was on the other. Sunrise, sunset on either side. Did spot dolphins in the Bay Area while watching sunrise. Pool is nice as well. Condo had enough supplies. The town itself is less crowded than surrounding towns. Clearwater is within 30 minute drive. Grocery store was close.

Wonderful Stay!

The host was very responsive and checking in/out was easy. The condo was located on the boulevard with a view of the ocean. It was stocked with towels, beach chairs, a wagon and more… everything you need for the beach or pool. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved having the grilling area close by. The on-site washer and dryer was super handy and close too. We felt very comfortable and relaxed here and will definitely stay again!
