Exceeded Expectations

This property was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We were not in the thick of all the Clearwater Beach crowd. Great restaurants within walking distance. The decor of the condo was beautiful. The furniture was comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in in any rental or hotel we have ever stayed. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach was clear, clean, not crowded and the pool in the morning was so nice. We honestly have nothing but good things to say about our stay. My husband had to do some work while we were there and the built-in desk area was awesome. He had a nice view of the harbor. Made it so much more bare-able.Thanks for a great week on a beautiful beach. Could not have asked for more.

Peaceful

My husband and I spent a week along with our granddaughter and her new husband. Peaceful is the best way I can describe our trip! Loved the weather, the view, the beach and pool! Everything we needed was in the condo! Breakfast at Shortys every morning a treat! Thank you for a beautiful retreat from reality!

Wonderful Vacation

Cresent Beach Club was a wonderful place to stay! The condo was very nice and the beach wasn't crowded. Our host was extremely helpful with plaes to eat and things to do!

Babymoon trip!

My husband and I had the best stay here! It was the cleanest and nicest condo we have stayed at in florida. Paul stayed in communication with us when we had questions and provided a super helpful email with recommendation for restaurants, attractions and condo access. Very well decorated and loved having 2 bathrooms with shower and big kitchen. The private beach was also a huge plus and it felt like we were the only ones there! Best part of the trip!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Beautiful inside gorgeous view outside. Every day you can wake up walk out the front door and literally see the sunrise over the bay in the morning and watch the sunset every evening from your balcony! We did not want to leave!

Amazing Property!

The property was even more amazing than the pictures and description showed. Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in and really nice, updated unit. Communication was really efficient and easy and we couldn't recommend this property any higher! Hoping to be back soon!

Mother and daughter get away!

What a week!

Great location, property, unit, and owner. Loved our stay in Sand Key. Just far enough away from Clearwater Beach to escape the crowds bit close enough to enjoy the activities/food. Spent a lot of mid day time in Dunedin. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable weeks in some time!

Amazing Beach Getaway

The pictures did not do it justice. Fantastic location, no crowds on beach. This is a can’t miss location, and the property owner was awesome with quick answers to my questions and way more local info than I can use. So many great recommendations for local restaurants and places we could not try them all. Wife said she just found her new Happy Place. Will be back. Comfy bed also.

2nd time staying in this beautiful condo

An excellent location on Sand Key beach with great views of both the Gulf and Intercoastal. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony and spent every day at the beach. The condo is very clean and modern and is equip with everything one would need during a stay at the beach. Thank you, Paul for being a great host and for having us back!

50th Annviersary Vacation

The condo was spotless, it looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed and more, garbage bags, dishwasher soap, salt pepper, etc. I had forgotten a sunhat but there was several in the closet to use, as well as beach bags, cooler, and more. The instructions we received to access the condo where clear and accurate making the arrival/departure process simple. The condo was close by to the trolley service which was great, we didn’t need to rent a car to get around as it goes from Clearwater Beach to St Pete’s Beach. I could not have been happier with our stay, the view of the ocean and sunsets from the balcony are gorgeous.
