A great vacation starts with a great place to stay.

A very nice, clean, well maintained place to stay! Soooo great. Easy access to anywhere in the Tampa bay and gulf coast. Great amenities and private. You could easily stay here for weeks on end and be comfortable and relaxed. Best place you could stay and the price was outstanding! Schedule your next get away here. You’ll be glad you did!!

Very comfortable space!

Our friends live in St. Pete and we needed a place to stay so we could attend their Christmas party. We booked Allendale Terrace for the weekend. We chose this property because of the great location - both for downtown and proximity to our friends. Our hosts were amazing and they really have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. Both of us slept great. The space was extremely clean and very quiet. We have already shared this property with our local friends so they can pass along the info to anyone visiting the area. And we will definitely be back. Thank you both for your hospitality and thank you again for the wine and chocolate - such a sweet surprise!

Beautiful condo & Location

The studio was at a perfect location to go to the beach, bay, and spring training baseball game! It was beautifully appointed and well stocked with all needs for everyday and beaching it. I highly recommend and would absolutely return!!

Surpassed Expectations

This is a beautiful home in an area of beautiful homes. Easy on off from the freeway, all the amenities a person could want, and did I mention a beautiful home. From the first inquiry to check out this was a stress free stay. I think the best recommendation is, would we stay here again……………..absolutely!!

This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever rented. It was very clean. Excellent host!

The property owner was wonderful! She had lots of information for us about the area. The wax was in excellent condition, very clean! The location was close to everything… beaches, shopping, restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

Nice place, appointed very well with a nice more of a kitchen than kitchenette. Owner was gracious and responsive, good location. Was perfect for our stay to visit my brother and his family just down the road. Will be back!

The apartment was so roomy and clean with tons of huge closet and cupboard space to store your things. It looks exactly like the pics. The bed, couch, recliner were all super comfortable. I had just had surgery and I slept well on the couch and in the bed. The shower is very roomy, lots of hot water, excellent water pressure with your choice of the big flat shower head or the removable unit. I would definitely book again if I need to stay in the area. The owner is quick to respond to messages, very friendly and super sweet, does live next-door, but is very quiet. I highly recommend this place

Roomy studio

This Studio was true to its pictures. Very roomy and clean. Full size kitchen, very large shower and comfy sofa. Property was quiet. Plus it’s 10 mins for downtown St Pete. My partner and I had a wonderful time for a weekend stay!! I would do it again.

60th Birthdays!

We loved staying at Harriet’s place! Apartment was very clean and spacious and had a great shower! Location was central to downtown St Pete and close drive to all the gulf beaches and Tampa airport. We will definitely be back sometime. Thank you Harriet!

Terrific unit in StP!

Great space. Perfect for our 5 day stay. Lots of space. Kitchen was fully supplied with utensils, pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. We really appreciated all the extras in the kitchen as well - the fully stocked spice rack, oil, vinegar, selection of K-cups. Big bathroom and shower, lots of towels. Access to the washer and dryer was another plus. We also appreciated the secure access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. Will definitely be staying here again.
