This is a wonderful condo with a kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy homecooked meals but is in walking distance to many restaurants as well. The fishing dock is right in front of your unit and the beach is only a block away. The condo comes with a wagon, umbrella and beach chairs as well as plenty of beach towels! The elevators were slated to be replaced, so hopefully that happens soon :) Overall, this is a wonderful condo in a great location that enables you to enjoy the beach as well as fishing off of a dock right outside of your condo door.

This is a beautifully furnished condo to stay. The location is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater. Host were very attentive and even let us know condo was ready early.

Super cute condo

This condo was adorable and very well laid out. It was perfect for our family and 3 teenagers. Location was great and walkable to most places. Great view over the bay, perfect view of the fireworks on the bridge. Aiden and summer were great hosts and available to answer any questions we have. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Perfect Stay!

This is our second time staying at this condo and it was just as wonderful as the first time! Perfect proximity to the beach and just far enough outside of town to get away from all the hubbub at night! Condo is super clean and beautiful. We love this place so much. Nice, not Great!

Great cond! Fire alarm went off, an on for 5 days. Even in the middle of the night ! The beach is the public beach and is 4 to 5 blocks away. Maybe a 8 to 10 minute walk. But the condo is beautiful and everything it says it is!

Beautiful stay in Clearwater Beach

This place is a gem. Beautiful, Immaculate condo with all the comforts of home. The homeowner was very responsive and provided info and suggestions for places around town. We loved overlooking the harbor and saw dolphins!! Pool was warm and it was a very easy walk to the beach. They provided a cart and chairs and sand and pool toys. We loved it! We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you!

Excellent stay at Dockside Escape

Beautiful condo, was perfect for my husband and our two adult sons. Condo was very clean and had anything that you can imagine you would need for a trip to the beach. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/mixing bowls/etc. Very large TV in the living room was perfect to catch the World Series. Outdoor patio was very comfortable. The area is covered so we could even sit out there and watch thunderstorms roll in one day. Even if we couldn't be at the beach that day we were still able to be outside. The location was perfect, a quick 2 block walk to the beach and there were many restaurants and bars very close by. There was an issue with no water on the 1st day, the owners responded within minutes and found out that it was a water main break caused by a construction crew that hit the a water line. Most of clearwater beach was without water. Owners continued to keep us updated as to when it should be restored. Much appreciated, especially when it had nothing to do with the actual condo or the owners.

Home away from home!

My family and I had so much fun! The location is perfect for what we planned on doing. The home was as advertised and you could tell the couple put a lot of love into the place. Everything you need they had, from coffee to beach gear and cooking supplies. The host we easy to get a hold of and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at Jewel and Michael’s condo it was a wonderful experience. Great views and so close to everything you need. Loved sitting outside on patio furniture watching for dolphins. Can’t wait to come back. Very clean and had all comforts of home. .

Graduation Present

We brought our 2 teens to Clearwater Beach as a high school graduation present. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and includes ever amenity you will need. The location is a perfect location for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, Pier 60, etc. We absolutely loved our vacation and we’re disappointed to leave. We will definitely be returning and staying again here again.

Exceeded all expectations - stunning spot!

We had the best stay at this condo! You will not regret booking here. It exceeded all of our expectations and the listing photos are exactly what this place looks like (even better in person!!). It was beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed to get started including, paper towels, toilet paper, KCUPS, individual creamers, aloe in the fridge (bonus!), towels, beach chairs, cooler, beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys etc. The kitchen was also fully stocked w. cooking utensils, cutlery, spices, oil, plates, cutlery and lots of cups / wine glasses! There were also utensils provided for grilling or indoor cooking! The grill on the property was awesome and we used it to cook out burgers. This condo is so homey and cozy. The layout was perfect to vacation w/ our parents, we all truly felt like we had just enough space to spread out.. the two bathrooms were awesome too! We were able to walk everywhere in town, including the beach (just a short 5 min or less walk away). The location is perfect, you are just far enough away from the bustle of in town but close enough to walk to any local hotspot. We saw dolphins many mornings from the balcony overlooking the harbor. We had our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the patio furniture and table overlooking the water daily. The owners were super responsive and quick to text back to any need / question! I personally loved the text w/ the check in and out information so I always had it on my phone when needed. We cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise in the future! Thank you to the owners of this condo for sharing it with us and truly making us feel at home while we were on vacation!

Cozy Getaway at the Beach

Dockside 305 is very well maintained and has all the amenities you could ask for. Great view of the bay, easy access and the great price make this an excellent value for your family. The unit is very cozy and comfortable...after a long day at the beach it's like coming home. The hosts were easy to contact and responsive when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Family Friendly Condo

We absolutely loved this condo! Jewell and Michael were beyond amazing to us. The second we walked through the door we felt right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to lots of restaurants. The amenities were beyond our expectations. All our beach stuff and more! The week went by way too fast. We can’t wait to go back.
